Got it to elavate my back when doing a leg press. Firm and well made.

To be honest, it is a tad firm, but great once you get used to it...also works great as a back stretcher!

Quite hard on your back but this may give a little with time. Great value for money and well made.

I probably should have looked for measurements but the mat does seem small although it is very comfy to do my ab work out on just abit small

very supportive of lower back when using for core exercise. Like for many, home workouts have become a regular occurrence, this has defiantly help with my core routine.

It's too big! It's far too high so when I'm lying against it, my buttocks start to lift off the floor. Much bigger than the curve of my spine and way too hard to be soften by my weight. It needs the second section that raises the buttocks a bit but they don't seem to sell it. By the two part one instead, not this one.
