This is a great jump rope and easy to adjust. I have used all sorts of jump ropes now and this adds a bit more weight but also the flexibility to adjust the length if needed. I would recommend it if you are looking to add one to your gym.

Bought three of these ropes and the string breaks off the handles when I adjust them.Poor quality and I recommend everyone not to buy this.
