Works really well if you have to take opioids. The prescription stuff is so expensive and this is more natural anyway. I usually take only 2 at a time as 3 does cause cramping😉.

Works exactly as you would hope. Took these during an extended fast to flush everything out. Make sure you drink plenty of water with these or it will swell in your throat. Stay near a toilet and have extra toilet paper.
