I took the Berkeley Test to check my Nitric Oxide levels. My levels were very low so after reading about which ingredients I would want to use to raise my levels I took Nitric oxide support pills from biogreen labs for a week and my N.O. test came back closer to normal. I have been seeing all the benefits from more normal levels of N.O. in my system; more energy, more stamina, better blood flow. These were very helpful for exercising beyond muscle failure points. The failure point before where my muscles would stop working has improved by about 40% time wise so it's quite an improvement for me. I would not recommend these for people who do not have lower N.O. levels as you are likely to see very little improvement from them so it's good to check your levels first with the Berkeley test before you decided to take these.

It works all right but a different brand that I tried originally years ago was way better but at least this doesn't keep me up late

Good combination of amino acids for someone who lifts 6 days per week. I felt more rejuvenated.

Biogreen Labs has other supplements on Amazon as well, which I will consider based on my positive experience with their Nitric Oxide Support Pills.
