I first tried calm flavor, on a day when I was struggling with energy and attitude. The taste was at first very different but your palate quickly adjusts to it and more importantly - it works. I had to Google health benefits of green oats to find out why, because I was familiar with holy basil, but not Avena sativa - and I was not disappointed by the effects of the impressive plant. I added it to my supplement stack as I have been looking for high level cognitive additions to add with my lion's mane and bacopa nootropics. It worked fast too. I tried the sleep one later and the cherry vanilla is not only helpful to relax, it tastes AMAZING. I was doubtful but this company won me over. Good job. I personally think supplements absorb better and you feel them faster than using a capsule and I can only handle so much dry powder or tinctures in one day so decent tasting ones I have been steady waiting for or making my own.

I need to cut back on alcohol because of a medical issue. But I miss the thought of having a cocktail now and then, so I ordered these. The flavor is good. Very herby. I’ve had other adaptogen drinks that I prefer the taste, but this had a very noticeable effect. You just get a very nice, slight buzz. Very happy with this.

So far I’ve tried the sleep and took a sip of the calm, both are really good except for a bit of an after taste that is kinda bitter. But you can get over that only lasts for a bit. I’m drinking the sleep over ice so not sure if that’s why I can’t taste it anymore. I love the flavor. Can’t wait to try the rest. I do feel my body relaxing to doze off to sleep. I most definitely will purchase again. Plus I like that it’s healthy. Well actually I need to do some more research on this product to make sure. Anyways try if you want different alternatives from other drinks

If you don’t mind the taste of alternative sweeteners, you may like this. For me the taste wasn’t great at all (Medicinal & gross aftertaste from sweeteners). I wish that some of these companies would just make unsweetened options because the alternative sweeteners can be off putting. I’d rather just not have it sweetened at all. I do like the one for sleep it taste better and actually helps with getting a better quality of sleep. I’m not sure if this one for energy is as effective.

I never leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with these and other alternative beverages featuring adaptogens for others who may be sensitive to these additives.I have tried all four flavors on different days. While I enjoyed the flavor of all four, Focus, Calm, and Sleep made me dizzy, gave me a racing heart, and left me feeling drugged and irritable for hours. The effects of Energy were similar to most energy drinks containing ginseng, but the dose was so strong that I could only drink a small amount before feeling jittery and uncomfortable. As another reviewer stated, I only drank about 1/3 of a can of each flavor and had an immediate and unfortunate experience. I had a similar experience with the Kin Euphorics Bloom beverage. I do not take any medications and I'm a relatively healthy person with no medical conditions.Of course, everyone will react differently to adaptogens and nootropics, but proceed with caution if you're new to this trend. These are also very expensive, so if you're unsure of how you'll react, start with one can before purchasing a full 12 pack.
