Best headlamp out there
I’m sort of a headlamp collector because my job requires me to work in tight crawl spaces for sometimes months at a time. This headlamp is listed at 600 lumens but I’m telling you, it’s significantly brighter than my 800 and my 1000. I was hesitant to buy a rechargeable and I’m not sure if this is related but this headlamp doesn’t get dimmer as the battery drains. Every other headlamp I’ve owned has done that and I used to carry around 100 packs of AAA’s that get swapped out at half battery life because the light is dimming too much, which is extremely wasteful and always bothered me. Also, I still haven’t managed to run the battery out. It’s so bright that if you’re in a semi dark environment, I’m telling you, you’re going to turn the dimmer down, which means I’ve worn the light for 9 hours with no fluctuations in brightness and the battery was still not drained. It is blindingly bright. I had a $300 caving headlamp that was not as good as this one. Cons: No product is perfect. The headband is a little wonky but not that bad. Could be a little better. Also the controls are pretty different(just read the instructions-twice) and the zoom is very difficult to turn. So difficult that I had to remove it from my head and I was doubtful that I was turning it in the correct direction, but I was acclimated to these shortfalls after using the light for a couple days. If you are going to change the zoom often you might want to see what kind of lubricant you can get in there so it will turn easier but I rarely change it so it hasn’t been much of an issue. Also, this may be a slight defect in mine that is non existent in yours-but something to keep in mind. Im not an expert on these lights but I also don’t know anyone who has owned more of these or that knows more about them. My conclusion here is that this is the best headlamp out there, especially for the money. I’m seeing other sellers claiming 1000 and even 5000 lumens and they’re selling them for $25 or $30. I’ll bet you a Benjamin that they aren’t as bright as this one and I’ll bet you several Benjamin’s that they don’t have the other benefits I’ve pointed out with this headlamp. At that price, they’re throw aways. If you’re looking for a good reliable headlamp and you’re tired of swapping batteries, fluctuating brightness type disposables-buy this one. I get nothing for this review, this may be only the third one I’ve ever left on Amazon. The m-10 light impressed me so much that I believe the manufacturer has earned it.

Does work as described. Full review from practical nighttime use. LED Lenser MH10
I have used this nightly for over a week now. It uses one 18650 battery and can be removed to charge or use the cord and charge it while the battery is loaded. I have done both. It is easier for me to just charge with the cord. It is bright. It is almost a neutral warmth, meaning it enhances surface texture to a slight degree. What this gives in a real sense is bright, but not washed out. My work environment is outside. All weather. In the last week, it has been rained on and nearly frozen and simply worked. I am not aware of being rated for all weather, but it works for me. Battery life is easily as claimed. I know I use it for 8 straight hours on high and it still was a solid beam. The headband is lighter than any other I have tried, yet durable. It adjusts easily and is almost unnoticeable. The light has modes. Click to turn on, fast click to turn off. While on, hold the press a tad longer and it dims to maybe 70%. Hold longer again and it dims very low, maybe 20%. Fast click or held click it then goes off. The light swivels down, and is well designed for that function, as it will adjust, and easily in a clicked stage for each angle downward. At the recommendation of a mechanic friend I bought this. I had gone through 4 other lights from other makers. Each prior had problems like poor power use, so despite even having two 18650 batteries, it would last maybe 5 hours. That was the best of the others. Another used two AAA batteries. Dark in 3 hours. On sum, this IS the best light. Lightweight, long lasting light that does not wash out what you are seeing. Some other lights have multiple LEDS. Those are brighter, but the wash out bright. They also get hot. This one barely warms. From my mechanic friend, he has had this same MH10 light for over a year. It is still as good as day one, save for the grease on the headband. Note, that Dawn with water can get some of that out.

favorite reliable headlamp!
I actually own 3 of these because of how great they are. They're powerful. The light intensity is adjustable. You can adjust the spread of the light as well. The light can be tilted to go from straight ahead to tilted downward. It's pretty comfortable to wear though your forehead can get warm. Battery life is pretty good. However, the recharging connection is Micro USB. Boo. This means you have to be somewhat careful with how you plug in the cable. Don't laugh but I primarily use them when working inside a computer or some kind of enclosure like tight metal structure. Great for working on a car or in the dark. It's just so nice to be able to work on something without having to hold a light. Wherever you look, the light is right there.

the battery pack is a little bulky, but the that's the trade off for lots of brightness and reasonable run time! - what it could do with is another light setting in the mid range - it seems like quite a jump between them. the focused beam is square not round, which seems a little odd, but totally fine
