Are these made from fermented yeast or geraniol?

Carlson’s Vitamin K2 MK4 is synthetic and one of the started materials is geraniol. It is not made via yeast fermentation.

How many iu of k2 is in 5mg? most k2 is dosed around 100mcg max. i am supposed to be taking 5000iu daily.

Could you maybe be mistaking the 5000iu for D3 instead of K2? Actually 200mcg is for K2 Mk7 and Mk4, well, I use MK7 but have read a study from Japan where they use up to 45mg 3x a day but that's more than the average.
