A great product to help with eye mites for my husband. Easy to use with no stinging or burning to the eyes. It is part of his morning routine and this condition is well controlled. Packets are convenient, soft & comfortable to the eye.

honestly these are the best eyelid wipes I have tried for demodex gunk. definitely helps to stay consistent and use 1-2 wipes a day for at least a month to get the crusties to die down. I'll stop using them for a while but when I start getting crusty eyes again I always come back and order another box. I tried the OcuSoft ones and it was like rubbing shards of glass into my eye lol. these on the other hand, do not irritate and do not require a rinse. I'm trying the foaming wash now too so I can see if that helps.

Convenient adjunct to the NOVEHA eyelid wash, I find the NOVEHA eyelid and lash wipes to be good for quick extra washes if I've been around a lot of dust or pollen; on trips when I don't want to bring a bottle with a month or two supply (especially on a plane); or for quick washes when I'm late to bed and don't want to get my whole face wet again. I prefer the eyelid wash overall, but do plan to keep some of these on hand pemanently, as they are much more convenient some of the time. I don't detect any real smell to them, they aren't irritating, and they do seem to make my eyes feel better fast, as well as the effect lasting until morning just like the bottle of eyelid wash. Between the two, my eyes are better and less irritated than they've been in 2 years at least. So I'm a converted skeptic, and highly recommend this.

Gentle, big sheets, works in one day! The sheets are big! I cut one sheet into 4ths. Use 1/4 on each eye. I get 2 days from one sheet that way, with ample wipe ability. So I figure that one box of 60 wipes will actually last about 120 days! I'm a fan

I was skeptical and desperate. These wipes brought relief to my eyelids from the first application. Completely cleared up. Have used them daily as maintenance since October 2025. Excellent product. No stinging, just comfort. Did not expect the bonus of seeing my lashes look as healthy as when I was a teenager. Cannot overstate how pleased I am with this product.

These work great to keep the eyelashes free of mites. Even though I had a prescription to eliminate or control them, I still had issues after I finished with the medication. These are easy to use, refreshing, and keep my eyelids clear.

I haven’t written a review in a while but love these Demodex Eyelid and Lash Wipes so much I’m taking the time to share my experience. I have been battling irritated, red, inflamed dry and swollen eyes for several months and have been diagnosed with dry eye syndrome, pitosis of one eye, and both ocular (and mild facial) rosacea. Over the past two years, I have been prescribed steroids, used allergy eye drops on a daily basis, and tried every OTC “dry eye” drop on the market, with mixed results. I have also used other pricey brands of eye cleanser and eye cleanser pads per my optometrist’s recommendations. These efforts have helped a little but haven’t resolved or really improved my symptoms in a meaningful or helpful way. While randomly searching Amazon for options, I came across these pads and bought them on a whim, thinking “why not” I’ve tried everything else… well, let me tell you, these pads have made a huge difference in my overall eye health and eye care routine!!! They also significantly reduced my ongoing dry eye and facial rosacea symptoms (red, inflamed skin) in addition to calming, soothing, and cleaning my eyes, eyelids, and eyelashes. They have not cured my dry symptoms - but they have enabled me to wear contacts in intervals again, which has been a lifesaver for me! If you have tried other products to no avail, I recommend you try these. There is minimal research on demodex mites and dry eye syndrome, but I do think there may be a link based on my own experience. These pads do not burn my eyes at all, unlike other tea tree oil products on the market, and I have very sensitive eyes. I was also concerned these pads may be manufactured/created overseas but the back of the label indicates they are made in Baltimore, MD, USA. Highly recommend for people with irritated, dry eye symptoms that haven’t responded well to other OTC treatments.
