Great Value, Especially when compared to professional knife sharpening!
What can I say, I've only used this once. That's all it took to get my knifes really sharp. They probably aren't as sharp as if they had been professionally sharpened, but they are very sharp. Certainly sharp enough for the average home cook.

The item never worked!!!!
Bought this item s a gift for my wife in August and when she used it in September, IT NEVER WORKED! Amazon, I need a refund please!

Received no instructions
There were no instructions included in the package. Do not know how many times to slide each knife. Do not know how to use the slot I suppose is for the serrated knives. It seems to do nothing. Dead.
