I was going to wear this under my costume for Halloween but the waistband was extemely tight. I wear a size 7 pant so maybe only purchase if you are a size 3 or below.

It's a little to short to me or it's still too wrinkled from beign inside the package but super good quality 👌🏻 my daughter and I love them, I ordered 2 , the belt is nice and wide and preety strong.

This skirt did not work for what I needed it for and I sent it back. The fit was small and way shorter than expected. The tutu itself seemed to have potential to be fluffy if you worked at it and the fabric seemed ok

For a 99 cent tutu, I’m super impressed. I actually order 2 tutus because for the price, I was concerned I would not actually receive this one or it would be a piece of junk. I was 100% wrong. So it doesn’t fluff as much as the more expensive one I purchased, but it makes up for it with how it lays and fits. It looks amazing, way better than the product pic looks, actually. Also, the dye used to color the tutu black does not smell like rotting fish (the more expensive one did). I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Even puffed up and pulled down this is more like a giant tutu scrunchie for your waist. It does not cover your butt and it fits very small!!! If I had saved the bag I would be returning it!
