Just what I needed. fully assembled, and very quiet so we can watch TV and sit on our coach to get some minutes of exercise in. The knob gives enough range for aerobic to more strenuous, Have not tried the upright feature, as I'm nervous about falling. I looked at many on-line, and the best features are the quietness and fully assembled. light enough for this 71 yr to move about. We found sitting up right in a chair or moving the device further from the chair lets us focus on exercise ankles, leg or thigh muscles.

I've seen a few similar reviews having the same issue- the pedals are IMPOSSIBLE to move. I'm in my 40's, fit, and in good health, and I could barely move the pedals, even on the lowest resistance setting. I was hoping that I wouldn't have gotten stuck with a defective machine, but unfortunately I did. I sat here for a good 20 minutes trying to move them with my feet or even my hands, but there was no way. I've gone through a few elliptical machines over the past 8 years, and I've never seen this issue before... yikes. This company needs to either fix this issue or stop making elliptical machines.

The main reason I was interested in this machine was do to it claiming to be good for standing positions also. Can you stand on this? Yes. But!!!! Not only is it unstable. It also offers poor range of motion for standing. It adds stress to the knees and could possibly lead to knee injuries.You get what you pay for is 100% accurate. Just buy the normal eliptical machines instead if that is what you're interested in

Was hard to use. After getting started was hard to keep it going. Found the peddles at an odd angle. Very big peddles. Do not like it at all. Disappointed.

The height prevented from use under desk. The stand up feature was unstable. Tried to return. Don’t buy this one.

I purchased the Portable Stand Up Elliptical.While it seems to be of good quality I am disappointed with the resistance that it offers.Settings 1-7 hardly change the feel and setting it at 9 is about 1/2 of other machines we have had.Contacted the company and after jumping thru their hoops they wanted me to send a picture of resistance !When i inquired how was I to do this they stopped corresponding.

I like the visual look of the unit but the operation of unit itself is not functional at all.

Gave as a gift but was not conducive for the receiver
