Free brand installation at doorstepDislike1. In tramsit either due to transport or improper packing my front disc brake wheel found to be slightly bent and wavy. This was realized at the time of installation and slightly recovered by installation guy. He was very kind and polite.2. Rear gear guard was also bent and on the verge of damaging gear sets.Hence, packaging in transport shall be improved.Over all I would recommend to go for it and it's offering excellent value in all terms.

Everyone must have it.DISLIKES: Nothing much but, nuts are getting rusted if we keep it out door during rain for a longer period, rusted moderately even after wiping after the rain. Rust Oiling are to be done. Otherwise Product is good 👍 Can go for it !

First thing I got a cycle for a good price, on time delivery, installation also on time overall the experience is awesome from cultsportIssue 1:- Cycle ceat can be better, due to this whole cycle quality can be questionedIssue 2:- Separately I bought a cycle carrier I requested a installation staff to fix without checking the carrier he said it will not fix to the cycle and I installed the cycle carrier, this is what I found slightly disappointment from the teamBut overall experience is good great job cultsport team

I ordered this one in 7k in sale. Now points which are important:1- they claim that they provide 6 months of warranty but you can only claim service one time in 6 months after that if technician comes to visit, you have to pay.2 - derailer are really bad. Stopped working within 1 week. It is not shifting as well.3 - material quality of shifters and derailers could be improved since normal day price for this item is around 16k.4 - there is no pump with it, better go for urban terrain which is basically subsidiary of cult sport but with better support.

Very good and light weighted cycle. Only tools are not available in package for self assembly.After using more than 2 months, while paddling cycle weird noise coming and tyre bearing also making noise.

Product is good, Stylish and value for money. And the best part product comes with 3 months free cult pass. My dietician Meena discussed with me and listened my day to day activities and gave me a diet chart.Only dislike is Seat is not that comfortable other than that happy with the product overall.
