Received the item intact no issues. The color in the box was what I ordered. No issues using it. I followed the directions and the smell was tolerable, almost pleasant. It wasn’t unpleasant like so many others. The day before, I had washed my hair with a purifying shampoo to remove as much buildup as possible. I left the hair dye on for the recommended period of time, and the color was OK. I was blonde before and now I have a hint of strawberry blonde. But it is just a hint, not one person has noticed that I dyed my hair. But the color is still true three weeks later. It did not dull or fade yet. There’s been no product come off on any towels or anything else. I did like that it came with shampoo and conditioner, but the conditioner was not enough. I have shoulder length hair and it wasn’t nearly enough I had to supplement with my own. It’s a good product it just didn’t come close to matching the models hair color or the description that says what it should’ve looked like going from blonde to the strawberry blonde. The product itself is OK, but I probably won’t buy it again. It’s too expensive to justify such a barely noticeable color.

I have been using this brand for several years. Typically I have it delivered every 8 weeks but I was in a pinch and ordered it from Amazon. While they didn't have my exact color I found one close to it. Although it is more expensive than many of the hair dye options, I love it for the following reasons. 1. Not harsh to my hair or skin. 2. Mild odor. 3. Kit includes gloves, ointment to protect skin, a wipe to remove anything dye I drip on myself. 5. Includes shampoo and conditioner for after rinsing out dye. 6. Consistent color. Hair appears to have highlights. Color does not appear flat or dull. 7. Hair feels soft and shiny. 8. Super easy to use. And most importantly...covers the gray in 35 minutes.

Medium Brown Cool Beige 5AG. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. I always had soft, silky hair, but after using this product, my hair became dry. The ends look like a Brillo Pad, with breakage and no shine. I wish I had never tried this product. I bought six boxes and used three; I purchased the last two boxes because they were on sale. What a waste of money. Trust me, it's really bad. I also bought two bottles of conditioner and two bottles of shampoo. It’s just as bad as the hair color. Now I'm giving myself more oil treatments to get my hair back to being healthy again. I give this product one star yeah PS I was a hairdresser for many years donot buy this product

I bought Medium Brown N. Went on just fine, and easy enough to apply. Formula was thinner than I like as I do want it strictly on the roots. I have been using Madison Reed since 2016, and I decided to change it up with this e salon. Greys are difficult to begin with, but this absolutely doesn’t cover greys, and barely resembles brown on roots. As a matter of fact, I did my hair on Sunday and I needed root spray due to the very, very light golden brown, darkish blonde color it produced after leaving it on for a full 50 minutes. Madison Reed’s medium brown NNN at least covers the roots the way it should, and turns brown. This e salon also faded even lighter after washing it. A lot lighter. Five days after using e salon, I am on Amazon buying my usual. It is a no-go for me. Greys are hard as I stated above, but at least I get a couple of weeks out of the other brand.
