These UV neon balloons were the life of the party! Under blacklight, the colors popped like crazy, bright, vibrant, and super fun. Not very bright.
Not as bright as advertised when black lit. They kind of glow. Not super neon. Definitely not like the picture. They did seem to blow up fine though I did have one pop on my balloon arch.

The best ballon’s for a glow party
My daughter is having a glow party and we tried a few of these out to make sure they work correctly for the party. I must say they are pretty good quality balloons. Not sure how long the led will last but I’m sure they should last at least for the party.
