I went to the dentist and was told to keep doing what I am doing because my teeth that were sensitive, demineralizing & chipping have healed after using Uncle Harry's Cinnamon Alkalizing Mineral Toothpaste for 6 months with Trace Concentrace Minerals Mineral Mouth Rinse. This toothpaste is fantastic. My teeth feel cleaner, even just before I brush. My gums feel healthier with no inflammation. I like the natural ingredients.

I am very happy with this toothpaste. I have no problem with the flavor but if you are used to conventional, foaming toothpaste it may take some time to adjust. My mouth feels so clean though I wouldn’t care about flavor anyway. It has a little salt in it which is good. If you wonder what a clean mouth really feels like, brush your teeth with some straight up pink Himalayan salt or sea salt. That’s clean and fresh but abrasive. Does it remineralize? It doesn’t hurt and not hurting your mouth is half the battle. I think that it helps to protect my mouth and enamel, which makes me feel safer. It is overpriced, however. I don’t know why it’s necessary to ask for so much money. For that reason I don’t use it everyday. Instead I found another similar product that I use. It costs half as much, has high quality ingredients, but no salt. That’s okay though. I will watch for the price to come down in Uncle Harry’s and if it doesn’t I think the other similar brand will be good enough.

So I got this 2pk for me and my mother to try and we are both thrilled with how great this works! She could only use sensodyne because anyother tooth paste would hurt her teeth and this one does not and keeps her teeth pain free. She has also been trying to remove stains on her front teeth for a year and was slowwwwly able to but just within one week of using this stuff she has removed about half of the stains! I have noticed it is leaving my teeth whiter as well :) this stuff leaves our teeth feeling polished, healthy and refreshed! It was very salty and minty the first use lol but we adjusted very fast and I enjoy it now. We definitely recommend for sensitive and stained teeth!

Natural licorice has a chemical that's very close to the artificial sweetener saccharin. I'm a bit sensitive to that flavor and unfortunately it seems to come through fairly strongly in this toothpaste. Coupled with the salty flavor common to a lot of natural toothpastes this gives it kind of a Swedish licorice flavor. It's not bad and some may really like it but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Honestly, what I was looking for was something to replace the old Trader Joe's natural toothpaste. This is one isn't exactly it but it's not bad at all.The tooth paste seems to work well. I have found I need to be careful not to get too much on the brush, if I do it tends to make a mess of the sink. It just seems more prone to splattering than any tooth paste I've used. Overall though it does clean really well. I actually found I like the jar style and the grit of the toothpaste was close to our old Trader's. I probably won't get this flavor again but I'll definitely try other versions.

Love this stuff. Makes my teeth so clean and helped my teeth. Before my teeth were separating and they are not anymore. Better than the store toothpaste.

I like anise...and this does have hints of anise flavoring...but not enough to hide the nastiness of whatever else is in it.I am sure it is good for you...better ingredients etc etc I keep trying to tell myself that as I attempt to use it rather than waste my money...but it is a losing battle. It is *awful.*I am not criticising the effectiveness...just the taste. It isn't effective if I can't tolerate the taste to use it.

Best toothpaste I've ever used, hands down. Has truly made a difference in my gum and oral health!
