This is the first cream that actually makes a visible difference and keeps working after the initial fading of melasma or brown spots. My best friend recommended it, since her dermatologist uses it and she uses it as maintenance after her skin lightening treatments. My friend said my skin has never looked better and can't even see my brown spots under my foundation anymore. I have tried dozens of spot treatments, including expensive creams and professional peels. A few might fade the spots and little, but then stop doing anything. For this, I put it on my spots twice a day, morning and before bed. With regular use, it lightens and keeps lightening the brown spots. I use sunscreen whenever I go outside. After a lot of laying in the sun even in the shade, the spots get darker and this cream helps to lighten them again. Most of my spots have been lightened enough that I feel much less self conscious. Previously, I had a neighbor ask if my husband was beating me, because my biggest and darkest melasma is on my cheekbone, actually I have them on both sides plus smaller ones below. This cream has definitely helped that even if my neighbor saw me without foundation, I don't think he would ask. The cream is drying to the face, so make sure you have good moisturizers as well. Sometimes, I will skip using it in the morning if I am not going outside.

I have melasma and I didn’t see any difference using this product. It’s very expensive I’m disappointed, I’m not buying again
