6 months over, it works fine. i keep my speakers and this device on 24x7. there can be a bit quality drop if you compare with cable connection and BT connection, but its not much and you wont notice it most likely. I am glad i converted my 20 year old 6.1 speakers to bluetooth enabled. i used it mostly with my macbook and i no longer stay cable connected, now i can control the sound from anywhere in my home. I have good quality speakers, sound output excellent.

Truly an amazing product. Got it for around 1k. Worked perfectly to solve the issue I was having with my wired speakers. No bt signal loss detected till now. Also doubles as a way to play audio from pc to earphones (makeshift Bluetooth earphones). Comes with a bunch of wires for connecting different speakers to it too. As someone who has 2 headphone repairs pending, I could not in good conscience buy another pair after my earbuds broke down without fixing my older ones. This serves as a perfect stop gap, and converts my old speakers into bluetooth as well. Now let's come to the cons- 1. Volume. For me it's fine, but i know for someone out there, they may max the volume on all the devices and may find it lacking still. But totally fine for me . 2. Startup voice. This one is odd, that's all. The startup voices volume is determined by the connected speaker. So even if my phone and the volume knob on the device have volume on lowest, the startup sound will still be as loud as the connected speaker. Considering its not the loudest, one has to keep the speaker (which is connected to it) volume decently high. This leads to certain embarrassing situations eg when I just wanted to play some sleeping music one time when I was half asleep and it blasted me with the "BLUETOOTH MODE - CONNECTED!" So yeah, that's all. Not a deal breaker though, and worked fab for my use cases (bought another one from a different brand soon after for the living room speakers). And at this price, certainly VALUE FOR MONEY. I pondered for a while on how to solve this speaker problem but it seems people have already done that! Little antenna does wonders too it seems!

This bluetooth receiver connects easily, but should only be used on small stereo speakers. I tried using it with my 5.1 home theatre setup and the functionality was pathetic. There is significant cracking and popping noises from the speakers even when the bluetooth is not connected. Sound output is not up to the mark. Value for money, not really.

Qualitywise slight difference in sound and clarity , when connected over Wired and wireless. At low volume does the job. Various high end products available in market but this one is slightly over priced. Connection and installation no issues.

Works well but be aware it doesn’t have amplifier so don’t expect sound boost especially when connected to devices that do not have inbuilt amplifier. Bluetooth functionality works well except for that annoying announcement every time it is powered on.

Sound quality, connectivity is great! No issues at all. Once you've paired it, it gets connected as soon as you get within reach. The range is mind boggling. I have it fixed on the first floor and it works even when I go to the ground floor and pretty far from the receiver as well! Pretty epic for this price point. The quality of the product is a bit low. But for the price point and ease of setup and sound quality, it's priced so damn cheap! Highly recommended for powering up your stereo system/any old age speakers with bluetooth ✌️ FYI - connected this to Bose ps3-2-1 iii model. No issues with Bass, treble, mids. Super happy!
