2020 Apple iPad Air (10.9-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB) - Green (Renewed)

The iPad arrived in great condition. Clean screen, no visible damage, battery health seems excellent so far, everything works as expected and the device feels like new.There was a few days delay in delivery due to Royal Mail, but that’s not the seller’s fault.Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would absolutely recommend this seller. Great value for money.

I don't usually ever write reviews, but I was genuinely so impressed with how this came. I ordered an iPad Air 2020 in Excellent condition, and despite this, I did expect a few minor imperfections as after all it is a refurbished model. I received the iPad today and not only did it have no signs of damage anywhere, but its battery health is great, and the seller even applied a screen protector free of additional charge. They also sent a charger and plug (even if it wasn't Apple brand), which is above what you actually pay for considering you're buying this for the device alone. As a student, this will be incredibly helpful for me as I am progressing into further education, and I would highly recommend not only this product but this seller on a whole.

Update 24.03.2025:Sending the green iPad Air back because of the battery. It was sold with 80% of battery health...after barely 7 days it went to 79%. Again, good price and bad service, bad info, no transparency. The more I chat with the PixelDirect Team (BossDeal) the more I ask myself if I am talking with people or a bot.First impression from a couple of days using it:Honestly, incredibly happy with this iPad!I bought it in "acceptable" conditions and so far so good. I can clearly see it has a scratched screen but they shipped it wish a screen protector pre-installed, a good one with curve borders. Other than that, the body of the iPad seems good and after testing it, it seems it is great! Battery health is 80% but it holds decent, the value for the money is good, ease to use is great. The only thing I want to mention is to the seller BossDeal...please, sort out your communication. It was extremely frustrating talking to someone who does not read messages and send automatic replies like there is an AI behind the screen. If we chose to contact sellers for assistance is because we need help. Plus, I strongly believe that is essential to tell to the buyer why the grade C (acceptable) has been awarded. I need to know what to buy closest to my need and a general "acceptable condition is an acceptable condition" is not enough. 5 stars to the item, 3 to the seller.

Bought the IPad Air 4 256GB, there was a deal with the blue one that was £143 cheaper than the other colours.I chose the blue, it’s not like you can really see the colour when it’s in a case.Seeing there was around 70% 5 star and around 30% 1 star reviews I was a little nervous as to what conditions it would actually be in when it arrived.Not a mark on it, looks superb and so far works flawlessly, very very very happy.Was originally debating whether to get the current iPad Air 5 or current iPad 10th gen.But the specs of the air 4 are far superior to the current 10th gen.Sure the air 5 is a better spec but it’s also a lot more expensive. This is being used to upgrade my wife’s old 2017 5th generation and compared to her old model, it’s top of the range.One small niggle (but not small enough to lose a star), they sent the wrong charging cable, they sent the old style iPad/iPhone whereas the air 4 uses USB C.I’m sure they would send the correct one if I asked but thankfully my iPad is also USB C and I have some spare cables, plus my iphone uses the wrongly supplied cable so I have a spare.

The iPad arrived In the original box, including an official apple charger and brick. It did lack the leaflets which normally come in the box however unless you are unsure on how to use an iPad this wouldn’t be much of an issue, the device itself runs perfectly fine, the fingerprint sensor, buttons and screen are all in perfect condition with some minor scratches to the back of the device which wouldn’t be noticeable if you were using a case. I did figure out that other than when taking a video the microphone on the IPad does not work at all, when using FaceTime or Voice Memos the mic can’t seem to pick up anything buy loud sounds right next to it (even those only make a quite sound when played back) and when using the camera app to record the microphone doesn’t pick up sound for the first few seconds then after that it randomly starts picking up sound again, however this is the only time the microphone has, somewhat worked I have tried to contact the seller today and will update the review based on the response I receive.

I was a bit scared to order a refurbished iPad as it was my first time. The iPad was dispatched same day and delivered next day! After an inspection on the iPad I was really happy - there are no scratches at all and the iPad works fast! Camera is working better than my iPhone 11. The sound is normal and working. I was given a case, screen protector and a charger. Very happy with my purchase and the seller is very good! So for now all ok. Thank you!
