Hi Debjani, You don't need to wash your hair with shampoo prior to hairmask application; just make sure there is no topical application of oil as our hair mask is already a blend of different oils & butter and it may make your hair oily. You can apply the hair mask and keep it for an hour and then wash your hair with shampoo twice.

Q: I have bald patches and a hair fall issue. Will it be beneficial?

After using it my hair became too oily and it became really difficult for my shampoo to lather again
