I have enjoyed using the CoCoa powder - it has a good taste and is a nice quality. My only complaint is it is a little pricy for the quantity that you receive.

I don't know why unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder is so hard to find - nobody carries it locally, so I have to order it by mail. It’s the secret ingredient in my brownies - nobody else can match them if they’re just using local ingredients. I use the entire bottle in one batch, so I have to order a new one every time I want brownies. The flavor is rich and hard to describe, but it will definitely satisfy your chocolate cravings once baked. I’ve purchased it several times, always with great results!
