I am very pleased with this sleek looking cooktop. Can't beat the price! Love the digital controls...so much more modern and easier to clean than those with knobs. The heating elements work great, and I like the fact that there is a small and a large burner in the front. It's very easy to clean with just a paper towel and a little dish soap, and if needed the scraper tool provided for those stickier spills. I've had it for 3 weeks and would definitely recommend it. I did purchase the Amazon 4 year warranty...just in case, since I was unfamiliar with this brand

UPDATE12/18 The manufacturer contacted me and sent me a brand new one free of charge and has been working great! Hopefully this one will last a lot longer then previous one did. I’d give their customer service a 5 star! Install was a breeze shows you how to wire 110v or 220v it worked great for a few months now wont turn on at all. Was great while it worked now I have to out out more money to buy a more reputable brand.

Need to learn how to use it, not as intuitive as your basic cooktop. Price is great and works well

Just installed this and it was pretty easy. The directions could use some work but it's pretty self explanatory. Cut hole, put on cushion tape wire up....cook. One tip, every time power is shut off it will lock. Took me a minute to figure that out. Now to cook on it.

I’m a educated female who has used many different stovetop. I had an electrician install. I have only used once. It is complicated to operate. The heat keeps going down, it’s almost impossible to use. I made an omelette that on any other stovetop I would have cooked in less than 8 minutes. It took nearly 45 minutes to cook the omelette as when the stove is on high heat, it has an auto turnoff, so it won’t overheat. But it stops working as your food is just getting sautéed. Frustrating, I literally missed the return date. I was hospitalized, as I had a stroke. I didn’t think of it again till today that I wanted to make pancakes for breakfast. It turns on and then turns off in a few seconds. I gave up. I should have immediately initiated a return but was starting to feel Ill. I was hospitalized a few days after I received. I was in hospital for three weeks and have been receiving therapy upon return to home. I was finally strong enough to go make breakfast and just couldn’t make the stovetop stay on long enough. I bought it because it looked more modern than the stovetop with knobs but the electrical controls are not manageable. It’s the same as the nest ac thermostat. I had to watch so many videos and experiment with it. I just changed back to a regular thermostat as my electric bill was 2 1/2 times the normal. Went back to normal cost after converting to regular thermostat. These new electric stovetop need more work to become a workable unit in your home. Do not BUY!!!

This stove top is okay. It sometimes cuts itself off if you barely move the pan around on the burner. If you can afford a better one go for it. This is more like for a 1 or 2 person family as it seems to cook at a slower pace.

I'm most happy about how it holds temperatures, two holds a perfect simmer and nine is great for stir frying. Looks beautiful and it is easy to clean. It is not plugged in, it requires some electrical know how or preferably an electrician to install. So much better than my old coil Electric cooktop and I got it for a bargain price here!
