Just plugged in this 180W charger for my Asus gaming laptop and it's been quite the power-up. The output matches my original brick perfectly, no compatibility issues here. I have the assurance that the cables will not fray or wear out rapidly since they are thick enough and have a robust, long-lasting feel to them. I bought this back in mid April. I started to have issues with it in October, it was barely working. I had to play with the cord and position it a certain way for it to work. Update.. Seller contacted me to resolve the issue. They end up sending me a new one.

I don’t know what these people sent me but this charger absolutely does not work. I have to hold it for it to stay plugged in. It seems as if the adapter in the box or not compatible and my box circuits are even fried a little bit. I don’t know what these people sent me, but I will not be ordering from this company again major scam. Be careful when you order from them.

I bought this power cord for my gaming laptop after my original one got chewed up by my dog. I’ve been using it for a while, and it’s been working just as well as the original. The build quality is good, and it feels sturdy in hand. For this price, it doesn’t get noticeably hot while in use. The charging process is smooth. It fits well with my ASUS laptop, thanks.

This charger works well for the laptop but is slightly larger than the original power brick. Would recommend this if you are looking for a backup option.

Charger works exactly like the original, shown by switching my 2020 ROG G15 into Turbo with it in the picture. It is larger in every conceivable aspect, including cable thickness and charger size. Overall a solid replacement for your original charger (or a second one so I can glue one to my table and not have to move it anymore).

I used this charger on my ASUS TUF Gaming F15 and it works fine. My ASUS laptop charges fast with this charger. I assume it's because this charger is 30W more than the 150W charger that was included with the laptop. For some reason ASUS disabled charging via the USB-C (thunderbolt) port. I don't understand why so I would suggest to everybody to get a spare charger. I can definitely recommend this charger.

This review evaluates the “180W Charger for ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 & G15” made by DONGERDI. The product was shipped in protective sleeves and with no excessive or wasteful packaging. What’s in the box: one (1) 180W USB-C Laptop charger. I will preface my review by stating that the Amazon ad stated that this charger was designed for the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 and gave the equivalent ASUS part number as ADP-180TB H. I had just ordered an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 (2023 model) laptop but had not received it yet, but I wanted an additional charger for work. I did not have the ASUS part number prior to ordering this charger and assumed since it was made for the G14, I was good to go. It turns out that it was a bad assumption, the 2023 G14 model now uses a 200W charger with a different part number. Running an underpowered charger on a battery will deteriorate the battery over time, so it is not advisable to use this charger on the 2023 versions of the G14 and G15 laptops. So a word to the wise: look at the Asus part number of the charger NOT the laptop. My review will be based on the quality of the product as received. The charger had the look and feel of an OEM original: it is made very well and has overload protection, fast charge, and short-circuit protection built-in. The casing is made out of thick, fire-resistant ABS plastic. The cords have a total length of approximately 10 feet in have thick but flexible sheathing with extra flexible stress-reducing rubber reinforcement at the connectors. I tested the 180W charger with my multimeter and verified it delivered 20V @ 9A. Looks-wise, it is almost identical to the OEM Asus charger, albeit approximately 15-20% larger. Unfortunately, the power adapter is not CSA, UL, or ETL safety certified and the user beware there is legislation in some jurisdictions that disallow such uncertified products from being sold and used. While I understand that it is common practice in overseas products in this price range in order for manufacturers to cut costs, certifications are there for user safety to prevent electrocutions or fires from malfunctioning products. I am evaluating this product as part of the Amazon Vine program so I am limited to a 30-day window to submit a review. In order to verify the durability of this product I am going to monitor this product and its performance over the next 4-12 months of use and revise my review should problems arise. Cost-effectiveness and value: Currently an OEM charging adapter retails for over $115 CDN; at a current price of $69.99, this charger is approximately 35% less than the OEM cost. I feel that it is competitively priced and is of good value if the durability is similar or close to OEM. In summary: The “180W Charger for ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 & G15” made by DONGERDI appears to be well made and functions as advertised. Only time will tell if they have similar longevity to the OEM Asus equivalent. The charger is very competitively priced and is of good value should it have a similar effective service life. Worked perfectly well with my G14. Charges at full speed just like it does with the original charger. It does seem to get a bit wamer than the official one, but not warm enough to be of any concern.
