I have played this game with a group of strangers and family members. It’s a good game for getting to know people. For serious gamers this is a warm up game. It’s also good for people with a low attention span. For me it’s almost perfect, fast, challenging and fun.

This game has a LOT going for it. It is so easy to learn and usually I don't even have to teach or give instructions; I just play the app and the app tells people what to do. Each game is a max of 4 minutes (or you can adjust the time) so it is also a super quick game. Also, you can play up to 10 players and with an odd # of players, so it's good for any group. Everyone has loved this game so far and we usually play 5-15 rounds each session. I think the hidden roles works really well and really adds a lot of fun and laughs. At this price point (<$15) I think everyone should pick up a copy. I just picked up a 2nd copy and am hoping I can soon play with my younger nephew who is learning how to read. Another great aspect is that you can use custom word lists, and can also download custom word lists from their website.

So I would give this game 4 stars but I bumped it up to 5 because my entire family loves it. The directions take some time learn but it’s easy once you get them down.It’s a really great game for more than four people. For four players, though, it just doesn’t work.The game plays a lot like “mafia” if you’re familiar with that. Being able to lie is an asset in the game.You will need to download the app on your phone to be able to play.Another nice point is each game only takes around 20 minutes. My 6 year old loves it as well as his grandmother, so when I say it’s fun for the whole family I mean it.

I like this game but have other favorites. It was worth the purchase. Kids liked it too.

A really fun game for “all” ages. We play it with the grandkids. Each round is fairly quick so a game only takes 5-6 minutes. Works well with 4 or more….the bigger the group the better. Can be a learning tool for younger ones to learn new words also.

My friends and I in our 30s enjoyed this game so much. We had a blast playing it. We were a group of 8 players. Its fun taking turns being the major and figuring out who the seer and werewolfs are. The app for the game gives great words to figure out and you can choose the difficulty of the words in the app. There are 4 difficulty seetings from easy to ridiculous hard. Game is very interesting especially when the major (the person answering yes or no questions) is the werewolf. lol At the end of the game the game the team that lost can still win if the figure out who is the seer or werewolf. So seer and werewolf have to play in a way that it does not make it obvious.

My brother in law owned this game when we first played it, and we had a blast playing it for hours. The game stays fresh with different categories of words and changing roles every game. Would make a great gift for a young family that loves to play board games together!
