I love that LifeSeasons combines multiple ingredients that are known to help that area of health into one supplement- it beats having to buy and take multiple supplements. Beau-T works well for me, especially with my skin. It's an added bonus for me that it contains ingredients known to help combat symptoms of PCOS.

LifeSeasons Beau-T Hair, Skin, & Nails is one of those unsung heroic formulas that does SO MUCH GOOD. I was originally introduced to it 5 years ago when I broke my arm, and I thought it would help with all the tissue mending I needed (4 surgeries = a lot of tissue mending). Not only did my arm heal well, but my hair was growing in thicker (not so fine and brittle), and my nails were stronger than ever. I noticed the difference in my nails in just a few weeks! Since then, I have been ordering it directly from LifeSeasons, but they're out of it right now, so I ordered from Amazon, and it just arrived! Hooray! I really notice a different when I don't take it. It's no ordinary hair, skin, and nails formula!

I love this brand. I’ve been using their product urinaryx for about a year and it’s amazing. I needed some collagen and didn’t want to spend 80$ on an overhyped bottle of spoiled child or whatever so when I saw that this brand had a collagen supplement I was stoked. My nails have become a lot stronger and my skin looks better as well. They aren’t cheap but they also aren’t insanely expensive. They are worth the money imo. My nails were weak and broke easily and they continue to improve over time. I will say you have to be patient cuz it doesn’t immediately work. My nails are thicker and stronger after about two months of taking this daily.

I took as directed with no results that I or anyone else noticed.

It has been 1 week and my goodness what a miracle worker. Those sudden moments of feelong like on fire have noticeably decreased. I started taking 2 in the am but then noticed at night time it would wear off. Changed to taking 1 at 7 AM another at 7 PM and boom I'm a functioning human being again. Lol. Highly recommend. I also started taking a additional adrenal support supplement adaptor for managing body stress,vitality energy. 10 out of 10.

I do notice a different when I take these. I think that the Biotin in them gets most of the credit.....however, if you research Zinc you will find that it probably has more effect on hair than biotin does..... This product does give you a very adequate dose of zinc along with biotin. It doesn't happen over night.....but I think after about full bottle you will see some positive improvement with hair. worth giving it a shot especially if you do not take a multi vitamin with adequate zinc.
