I Love This DAY6 Album, One of the Best
DAY6 albums are a complete treat. In K-Pop it's rare to find groups that sing, write their own music, and play instruments. I love the sound of DAY6 and purchased this album for my collection as well as a CD I will play in my car. All of the songs on this album are raw, carry lots of emotion, and are super catchy. Not to mention the album itself is so pretty! I got the Dowoon and Sungjin photocards, and am so proud to have this album in my collection. The album came undamaged, and in great condition.

Fantastic album
You can't go wrong with Day6. Sunrise and Moonrise are my favorites, but I have 6 albums and none disappointed. I hope Day6 will reunite as members, so we can get some more great music! Hopefully winning best band on the MNET music awards will give them incentive.

The album came in great condition & a few days before the expected arrival date which was awesome! I would definitely recommend not only the album (DAY6 are an amazing group and this album is a great collection of some of their best songs!), but also the seller :)

Hermoso ❤️

A strong start to Every Day6
One of the best groups K-Pop has to offer recently, Day6's Sunrise album features the first half of the group's Every Day6 project. The project aimed to release a new single every sixth day of the month, and Sunrise compiles all their releases from the first half of the year into one album. The physical album itself comes presented in a nice, compact gold-coloured box. Inside you'll find the disc itself in a standard jewel case with a lyric booklet. You also get a set of clear cover cards, a photobook, and two randomly picked polaroid cards (I got Sungjin and Wonpil). On the disc itself, you'll find fourteen tracks:1) Lean On Me - An effective start to the album. It sets the mood very well and prepares you for the kind of music Day6 excel at, with a nice pop rock vibe sealed with top-notch vocals (even Dowoon gets a line here!)2) I Smile - One of my favourites from the album, and very nearly my favourite of the title tracks. I Smile is just beautiful - the lyrics leave you with a bittersweet feeling and blend in well with some gentle, pure instrumentation at the same time.3) Man In A Movie - There's something about the style of this song that reminds me of the music you hear in The Sims games for some reason. This is a really sweet song, and I love its hopeful, almost innocent kind of sound.4) I Wait - One of the group's most popular songs and for good reason. Compared to previous tracks, this one is a bit closer to rock than it is to pop, but this style suits them, and I'd actively welcome them producing more songs like this with a slightly harder rock sound.5) How Can I Say - Together with the previous track, this is as close as the album gets to being pure rock. I'm in love with the intensity of the chorus, and this is another of Sunrise's highlights.6) Letting Go (Rebooted Ver.) - Previously released on the group's second EP. I'm afraid I haven't listened to the original version so I can't comment on any differences. However, I will say that I really, really like this song. It seems to pay tribute to Queen, especially a certain bridge that's heard at about 2:45 into the song, with the harmonization sounding uncannily like Bohemian Rhapsody.7) I Would - Probably the best song on here for showcasing the group's vocals. Wonpil's my favourite member of Day6 largely because of his unique and pure voice. He's a powerful singer and it really shows on this particular track.8) Goodbye Winter - When re-listening to Sunrise to write this review, I realized how much I'd been underappreciating this song. On first listen, Goodbye Winter never stood out hugely to me. How that happened I have no idea - this is one of the saddest songs on here, but it's just brilliant.9) I'm Serious - From sad to sweet, I'm Serious is one of the most fun songs on here. Watching the music video, or just listening to the song itself, it's hard to resist the urge to smile while listening.10) Say Wow - Say Wow carries on with the same kind of vibe from I'm Serious. Again, it's fun, sweet and innocent and an utter joy to listen to.11) Dance Dance - Almost the definition of fun. You can just tell that everyone involved in the recording of Dance Dance was enjoying themselves so much. It's carefree and even cheeky at times, and for the third song in a row, it's hard to resist smiling while you're listening to it.12) My Day - Since My Day has become the group's fandom name, this song feels even more special than before. In the lyrics, you can just tell that they're thankful to and addressing their fans, and it's a beautiful song.13) You Were Beautiful - Probably my favourite of the title tracks from Sunrise. I'm a sucker for power ballads already, and You Were Beautiful is an ultimate example of how to do rock ballads. It's once again bittersweet, and once again both the song and the music video are brilliant.14) Congratulations (Final Ver.) - A reworked version of Day6's debut song. I like the ironic, passive aggressive use of the word Congratulations in this song. Once again, I'm afraid I haven't listened to the original version so I can't comment on any differences, but it's a good way of bringing Sunrise to a close.Overall, Sunrise is a really solid album with a lot of standout tracks and plenty to enjoy. Personally speaking, out of Sunrise and their following album Moonrise, this one is my favourite. For any newcomers to Day6, going through their Every Day6 project is a great way of getting to know the group, and I'd probably recommend Sunrise as the album to check out first.
