Kids needed something more than just a beach ball for the pool. This one does actually allow you to play under water. This one wasn't as expensive as others I found but seems to work as described. My only reason for 4 stars is that filling it up was a little difficult, or time consuming.

It was hard to fill the adapter kept coming off the hose so it was frustrating. It is a thicker plastic and good for exercising in the pool.
