Wow
I have shelves of live DVD concerts, some are good some are great, a few are unbelievable in their amazingness, but this concert tops them all. Wow!! top of the food chain stuff here. Glad they changed the drummer, never forgave Mr O`Tool for slaughtering Blood on the rooftop. This is a masterclass in top range musicianship for those muzos who revel in such stuff, (me). Solo stuff is awesome, but Seconds out is just mind blowing, and Nads vocals are just fantastic, (will never understand the criticism he has to put up with for recreating almost note perfect P. Gabriel's vocal work, he has it down to the proverbial `T`, even the P Collins songs sound the business. Have become a full on fan of Nad Sylvan). Jeez does the drummer in this concert work his butt off, Gavin would be impressed. Mr King is amazing on keys...hell they are all absolutely amazing, Cannot recommend this concert enough, I have watched it several times already and will probably watch it again several more times and then some. By the way, for the Nad haters, he is not Peter Gabriel, so stop wanting him to BE Peter Gabriel, couldn`t imagine anyone else taking on the job as he has and doing these timeless songs so much JUSTICE. The early Genesis stuff would have disappeared into the ether if Steve had not undertaken this project, made me for one realise just how damn good the older stuff was, and now thanks to Steve, is. The packed concert halls are testament to just how many, like me, relish their revival, so well done to Steve and crew. Judge for yourselves, buy this concert. By the way Martin, not a fan of Steve Hackett, change the batteries in your hearing aid mate.

Stunning audio visual experience of a musician still at the height of his ability, 50 years on
Having been to the London Concert of this tour, I decided to buy this CD/Blu ray package of the full concert, filmed at the Manchester gig.The package has an outer sleeve and once you slip that off, you have a digi-pack that opens out gate fold style to reveal , 3 discs, a 2disc CD version of the concert and a 1 disc Blu-ray. The Blu-ray is a gem, you have the whole concert, filmed in stunning quality with two soundtracks available, a high bit stereo or a full dts 5 to 1 surround track. Both give magnificent audio to match the magnificent visuals. Bonus extras include some video singles from Steve’s recent albums and a behind the scenes documentary . The documentary is pants, it’s not very well put together and band members seem to say the same thing over and over again , the video singles are okay though and a nice little extra. The two disc CD is the full concert and the sound is magnificently mastered, to sound great whatever your audio equipment isFor die hard fans or those that just want to see a master of his craft entertain an audience for over two hours, it’s a must buy. It’s nostalgic, but not in a cringy way, it’s good music played by highly gifted musicians and after watching or indeed just listening, you come away with a feeling of “That was a Fantastic Show”

Seconds Out....?
The day Steve left Genises was the day I lost interest along with Peter Gabrial he WAS the band lucky to have seen the classic 2013 gig at Hammersmith never bettered so glad to have seen both Steve Rothery and John Wetton (rest easy)Was something special about early Genesis that was specialHave to say this concert tops the lot Steve and the band are in top class form Dad Sylvan's vocals are a match for any song that is thrown to him and pleased to see Amanda Leah given some stage timeBut the star of the show is Mr Hackett his guitar work just gets better with age(he's 72!) truly one the the guitar greats nothing less then a national treasure

nice try but
having read the rave reviews I took the plunge and bought this cd DVD package to me at best its above average is the best I can give it I'm not a fan of genesis or steve Hackett, but this is not a patch on seconds out which I have listened to many times, the drumming isn't right not even near its sounds like they are trying too hard and it comes across in the playing anyone familiar with seconds out will spot it a mile off how average this rendition is of seconds out I think that sums it up the magic isn't there five stars I'm afraid not but Hackett's guitar is exceptional if not always accurate
