excellent product for the money!
The bio ball was delivered on time and in great shape. I put it in my Koi pond and it took about 2 to 3 days to see the difference but it most definitely has cleared up the water. I have put it on a subscription basis as I will use it to keep my Koi pond much more clear. Great product!

Don’t waste your money.
One week later and no change in water clarity. Pond-zyme by API literally works overnight I’ll stick with that.

Amazing
This worked amazing. Everything I have gotten from the pond guy has worked as said don’t waste your money on other brands because it may be cheaper. This and the other supplies they offer definitely works and I won’t use anything else

Needs better containment
The item had leaked so badly that the box it was wrapped in was not intact. The container was dented at the top which resulted in the leak. Due to the leak I’m not sure how well the item will work.

Impressive results with first dose
I ordered a second one to see if it will help even more. I had neglected my pond last season due to health problems, so extra TLC needed this year. Very impressive results so far with first dose.

Seems to work well...
I didn't find it to perform miracles, but that doesn't mean it wont. I do think this is good, and may show more results in late spring rather than early fall.

It really works!
Our koi pond was getting pretty cloudy. Dumped in one treatment and could see a notable difference in two days.

Do not waste your money
If I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed. I used 2 of these even, on a smaller pool pond and it is green as can be, most definitely not as described.
