The product quality is drastically reduced. The size and the material is of very poor quality now. Considering the current pollution situation I cant wait longer to get the purifier fixed so keeping it but not satisfied. Ordered the same few days back but the delivery didn’t happen after multiple customer support call and then suddenly marked cancelled by Amazon without any satisfactory reason.
