Very nice display, included case is important to me and works well, small second delays compared to my laptop but for the amount paid performance is fine. Purchased because I don't take my laptop with me, want to use my phone more as a phone since phone screen is difficult to read given relatively small size and , less to lookup things on internet/check email, etc. Tablet works great as alternative to laptop.Before I purchased I saw one review that stated they had trouble connecting to WiFi. I had similar trouble even though all my other devices connected to my WiFi. Researched for a couple of hours, found problem was my WiFi had WPA3 enabled, once disabled the tablet connected fine. WiFi is Google WiFi mesh network, now using WPA2 security. Android 11 does not currently work well with WPA3 security.

First, the bad: I ordered Black but I got Gray (or maybe it's supposed to be Silver, I dunno). I'm not too happy about that. I discovered that if I leave my ebook reader (FBReader) running and the tablet goes into standby for more than just a few minutes it won't come back out, necessitating a reboot. During that standby it used up battery at the same pace as if it were in full use. The installed video player wouldn't play sound on the .mkv file I tested.The good: it would appear that the advertised 3GB RAM/32GB storage model has been superseded by the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model in production and they just haven't updated their Amazon ad. Very happy about the upgraded hardware. I installed another video player and that .mkv played just fine, sound & all. Picture was quite good. Sound not bad for tablet speakers. Performance appears snappy, with no hangs or stutters in my limited use. It comes without all that useless social media bloatware - in fact, it's a very clean system overall. The installed screen protector is very clear and doesn't seem to impact touchscreen sensitivity at all. Just for s&g, I installed a 512GB microSD card but the tablet saw it as corrupted and couldn't format it but the 128GB card I put in worked just as it should. It seems to be a rather good value for the money, thus far. If that opinion changes with more use, I'll amend this review. Also included in the box was a card offering purchaser their choice of a 64GB microSD card, a smart watch, or an audio headset for free.I still plan on taking them to task over sending me the wrong color but beyond that I'm quite satisfied with this purchase and, at this point, I feel fine in recommending this device.

I bought two of these for my kids. I thought, they're cheap but they can't be that bad since they're just for my kids. I was wrong. My sons pad just stops playing youtube videos for no reason and it has a horrible time staying connected to wifi.My daughter's pad, well the one I had to send back, would just go black randomly and then you couldn't get it to do anything for days. The day I went to send it back it turned on but I sent it back anyways because of that problem. The new one they sent is so slow and lags so bad and it will randomly turn off.Neither one of them holds a charge for very long but thankfully they charge fast. Even if you're not using the pad and it's turned off, it still loses charge.And on top of everything, they want to charge me DOUBLE for a pad that I don't even have!I would not recommend this to anyone. Spend a little more and get something of better quality.

It does exactly what I hoped it would do, and the cover is a nice added touch. I'm satisfied, especially for the price I paid. The reason why it's not a 5-star review is because it is a tad bit slow on somethings - but with this price, I'm satisfied and happy. I would buy again, or recommend to anyone who wants a inexpensive, but nice tablet.

Very nice tablet. Needed an upgrade and liked the features and price the best out of all the ones I researched. It arrived as described, was packed very secure. Had small hiccup with the adapter, it rattled. Didn't want to chance it. Reached out to the seller. They promptly responded. We're very polite, accommodating, couldn't have asked for better care. Shipped me a replacement adapter right away, they were worried it would inconvenience me if it took 10 days. I was like no, just so happy they could replace it so fast. Now that is good customer service. Would definitely do business with them again. Tablet is great. Clarity, speed, size great for everything I need it to do. Loving it so far.

My name brand tablet was getting old. I wanted to get a new one but did want to spend too much money so I was looking for a decent one for less. I randomly searched units under one hundred dollars and spotted this one with the specs that looked good enough. It did not disappoint me. It meets all my needs to browse websites and watch videos. The internal memory and micro SD card slot is sufficient for the use of a tablet. The resolution is much clearer than my old unit and videos from YouTube and others play smoothly. So far, the battery life is very good. Normally I do not use tablet to take pictures but I did try some with this one and the results are pretty good. Overall it is a worthwhile purchase for the price.

Extremely slow to boot up. Also does not allow USB data transfer so you have to add files to micro sd cars, then transfer to internal memory which takes forever. Videos are choppy and audio does not work well. Definitely not a 1.6 ghz processor. Price is good and screen quality isn't bad. Lasted about 7 months before the battery nj longer charges and the speaker wait working. Oh well.
