Quality bike
Purchased for my daughter’s 7th birthday, she was of course ecstatic to receive. She enjoys going over curbs and down grassy terrain, and the tires seem to hold up well. She was a bit intimated at first as it is a larger bike to maneuver—it’s a wider steer and has taken her some time to get used to. The gears shift smoothly and I can see her riding this bike for many years to come.

Needs fine tuning
Nice bike. But came with a bent bolt on the handlebar clamp. N one of the bearings are sufficiently greased. Speaks to shoddy assembly. When I'm done greasing and tuning it will be fine.

Great value for first mountain bike
It is early, but my daughter loves this bike. This is her first "mountain bike", but like many kids her largest hill to climb will probably be a gradual 10' pavement incline. The gear shift is pretty simple and a great starting spot for kids. I did have it "assembled" for $50 at my local bike shop. More specifically, I put the frame together (which was easy) and had them finalize the brakes. In my experience, getting the brakes right for any bike could always use a professional touch. If you go to a local bike shop, a beginner mountain bike is like $500. This is a nice price point for the suburbia bike rider and we can always upgrade once she grows out of this one. I did just hear about whoop bikes after the fact and would have considered that had I known...but too late now. Overall, great value for this beginner mountain bike for kids.

Stay away
I normally don't have time to write reviews about products but this bike was a total disappointment. For starters it weights more than my adult 27.5 mountain bike and that says a lot. The frame is made out of cheap steel. The rotors both came bent straight out of the box which I might add came in pieces as well. Totally destroyed during shipping process. The cheap bottom bracket was cross threaded damaging the frame and within time the bearings inside. Big scratches on the down tube of the bike and fork. Front wheel hub was super tight I had to place it on a vice to losen up the cones for it to run freely. The accessories box containing the pedals and other miscellaneous items camed destroyed as well. The headset was not set up properly either, it was too tight so you couldn't turn the handle bars. This bike was a mess so I shipped it back. Honestly had to go to a bike shop to get a bike box to ship the original bike box that's how bad of a shape it was. I wasn't gonna let my daughter ride this death trap on wheels.

It's wonderful and sturdy.
More than a year after purchasing and it's still going strong!

Very well built bike! Comparable quality to bikes at our local bike shop for over double the price. It is a heavy bike for a small child though.

This is super cute however is heavy for starters. Bikes need to be easy to lift, so that they can have proper distribution between the weight of the kid + the bike if you want a smooth ride. My kid is still stuck to the balance bike as it is weightless and easy to ise

Frame was bent handle bars bent. Horrible product I do not recommend. Take your child to get fitted for a bike instead of seeing the disappointment on their face on the first sunny day when it’s not rideable

After building the bike xmas eve night I noticed the rear break rubs and makes a noise when wheeling around. The break disk appears to be bent. It isn't bike riding weather at the moment but I'm not happy I have to try and bend this thing back before the snow melts.
