For the price, the quality and storage space and size is good. Nothing super fancy but it still looks nice and was a gift to my parents for their house. No assembly, just screw the legs on. I think when I purchased they were maybe $80 each or so, and compared to the price of other furniture these days, it’s def worth it.

The color was a perfect match for my new loveseat. Since I used to have a recliner, I quickly realized an ottoman would be nice. The size is large enough for my long legs to get full support. Just screw on the feet and you are good to go. The top has three small posts that makes for a snug fit. The only issue I have is that one of the buttons popped off after about two weeks. I will be contacting the seller about that and hope they will help me out. If they do, I will update this to FIVE stars. 👍 Update: I tried to just get a new button, or even just the lid to the ottoman. But they sent the entire product to replace the original one I got that lost a single button. All handled by a representative, free return shipping. 5 🌟

Once assembled these look good, but as you are assembling them the fit and finish has a lot to be desired. These come completely disassembled in 6 pieces. You put the sides together into a locking metal bracket, then screw on the bottom. The screwdriver provided will most definitely give you blisters, use a proper one. But we ran into the issues with alignment of the bottom piece, its a tad too long on one side and about 3/4 of an inch short on the other. The base is square so rotating it does not change anything. So you sort of have to wedge it in there. This creates problems with screw alignment. All of them still make it into wood on the other side but you do have to be careful not to miss. The leg holes are all over the place, once assembled its hard to tell, but they are not in a square orientation, some are closer to the edge than others (see picture). One of the two we bought also wobbled, but they provide spacers to sort of fix that. Do not trust any of the arrow stickers on it, if you want things to be aligned and close properly you will have to figure out yourself where to screw in the hinges and the holding mechanism. For holding mechanism especially you will likely need to screw it in farther away from the edge on the lid for it not to scrape and tear up the leather on the inside (we put felt tape on it too for protection). Overall they look good, and once assembled all these problems are not noticeable. Assembly of one takes maybe 20 minutes.

I have twins, so I've built a lot of furniture; desks, beds, dressers, etc. I'm good at it. I had this put together, well almost together in about 10 minutes. Problem is it's ill designed and made. The four side panels go together smoothly enough. The bottom panel...it's to small for the space. Which means that the screws that hold the bottom in place, most of them, have nothing but fabric to bite into. Which leads to an insecure bottom, which I believe would mean it would fall out with minimal weight. The other problem is the lid/top, there is only one predrilled thread hole and that is in the fabric only! The short screw can't get close to biting into the woods as it is not long enough and the design is just poorly conceived. All said...I never completed the build, I stopped when the hinges for the lid didn't bite which I felt meant a lid that wouldn't last/stay attached. I just couldn't live with a bottom panel that had very little support as well. So I took it apart, 3 minutes, got it back in the box. Amazon has UPS arriving tomorrow to pick up both units. I would not recommend this to anyone. I would recommend not buying from this company as the design and production was just that bad.

I was pleased when I got mine. I have been looking for a long time. Purchased 5 locally and had to return. They were either too small, too big, cheap quality, too light. Everytime you put your feet up they would slide. I like everything about this new one. Like the looks, actually big enough inside to hold 2 blankets, heavy enough not to slide, not too big or too small. Just have to screw on the legs, so easy. Perfect for my house..♥️

The bench is absolutely beautiful. It is sturdy and roomy and comfy and just the right height unlike others. I did have an issue with a hinge piece and contacted the distributor. They responded the next day and asked me to take a picture of the part along with info to identify the piece and said they would send a replacement out immediately. They did exactly what they said. I love my new bedroom piece.

Happy to have the ottoman, HOWEVER, the sides do not fit well - 1 corner keeps slipping out & I haven't come up with a way to correct the problem. As it was, it wasn't the easiest assembly, at all. Instructions are just a series of illustrations that don't necessarily put the correct pieces together. The hinges & the closer for the top are successfully attached, but predrilled holes were not marked - holes weren't visible because of the lining which covered all the holes. Until there's a way to tighten up the side & keep it together, I wouldn't trust it for seating. On the positive side, it is reasonably sturdy as a footstool (the reason I purchased it) & the height is perfect. I like the fabric & the overall appearance. The size offers a good amount of storage space & the "closer" is designed to keep the top open until you’re ready to close it.

Comes flat packed so you need to pay attention where each piece goes. Sturdy when made and well padded all round. Extra storage inside a bonus.

Does the job perfectly value for money

The hinge securing the top of the ottoman snapped off today. The ottoman is garbage, the makers should be ashamed of themselves. Please don't buy, you'll be disappointed. Very very cheap materials......

The top was damaged all scratches on it tried to get just a replacment top but no option for that only to return the item after spending time to build it.
