Have grilled with these about a dozen times now, both large meats and yakiniku style, and they are still holding up well. It is a little flimsy, but so is every other wire mesh I've held in the stores. If you take care not to bend with excessive force, it will last a while. I am able to brush it with a grill brush before and after each use, as well as a hand wash with scrubber a few occasions, and it did not come apart.There could be better products out there, but this appears to be about the same design as most other steel grilling meshes. At the time I bought it, it had the best price.

It’s made with minimum amount of material needed. It’s really flimsy and cheaply made. I bought two. When I put cut vegetables on it, it broke and lost the netting. I had one sliced onion and couldn’t handle the weight?I ended up ordering from a Japanese site.

this product arrived damaged and is very very flimsy,,,,,I can only imagine what happens after it is exposed to heat. DO NOT BUY
