I have health issues and I can easily overheat. I heard about these cooling towels and I bought one, hoping that they would work for me.These towels work!!! It is amazing. I even called my doctor to tell him to recommend this towel to patients like me.I bought several towels like this for my mom too. Most older adults have a hard time with the heat and this product really helps.

Adequate for my purposes. The material is stated as being "cooling" however during a workout I also like something that is very absorbent, and this doesn't fit the bill. I can place this over my workout timer however to keep me from being distracted by the time I'm doing cardio.

Barely soaks up liquid. I went to the gym with this and it was crap. Might as well bring a towel with you. I don't even sweat much.

I really like these towels! I use them about three times a week when I go to the gym and I store them in my locker when they are not in use. So, I love the fact that these towels keep you cool during and after a workout. In that regard, they work amazingly! Now, mind you, I use them three times a week and keep them in my locker, so, after my first use, they smell. I wring it out with water after each workout, but they still smell. So, I deal with the smell and just wash them after that week's use. So, as long as you can deal with the smell or are planning on washing it after every use, they are definitely worth the purchase!

Have bought a total of 12 of these and still have no complaints. Family loves them too, for those hit days. These are perfect if your out in the sun a lot. I do event security, so these do double duty, keeping me cool and blocking the dust being blown around.

I used this at a week long desert festival. Cooled well, also worked very well dampened and tied over my mouth/nose to increase the humidity of the air I was breathing. Will be getting more for tribemates next year.

Just got it today but seems to stay cool. No washing instructions came with it. In fact the bag was just plain with a barcode. Is it just no fabric softener and everything else is ok? I wish they would put care instructions in the packaging. Good deal otherwise.
