This item is more long term and best cycled on and off every few weeks but also helps with energy and fatigue.

T-Gains really works it worked for my Boyfriend he used to lay up in the bedroom all day and now he's outside helping me around our yard. He also has some muscle 💪💯 which is really nice ☺️

I have to give it 3 stars because it did what it said it would do. Now that I’ve stated that, I’ve had severe stomach pain and uncontrollable diarrhea and a sore rear end for weeks. I couldn’t narrow it down immediately but I traced my steps back several weeks to what could have been the source. I stopped taking the product and after 3 days my body was back to normal. I waited two weeks and tried one more time just to make sure. Within 2 days the severe symptoms were back. When I say uncontrollable, I mean I thought I had crones or something worse. I stopped taking the supplement again and after a few days my stomach was back to normal. The stuff works, but with the side effects and extreme discomfort down in the lower region after using the restroom, I’ll never touch this stuff again. 😳💩😵‍💫

Today after 2 weeks of taking I'm done with it . DIM is not good for the body (maybe ok for some) at all it gave me diarrea and headaches every day also turns your urine real dark which is not a good sign. I should of researched all ingredients before ordering . Going back to my original t booster that I've been taking
