I looked through SO many rain jackets. All of different price points. I bought 4 from this brand/seller. A Boys 11/12, Girls 11/12, Boys 5/6, and Girls 5/6. I have a just turned 12 year old boy who is average height and slim build. The 11/12 was a great fit. If he was thicker it would still work for him. My 10.5 year old daughter needed the sleeves folded in. Not having the elastic wrist bands was perfect bc we can fold them under and it fits perfect and still looks great. My just turned 6 year old's fits perfect. It also works for my 5 year daughter. The elastic bands for her were perfect bc it didn't matter that the arms were a little long.The hoods on these jackets have as described, protrude to allow water to run off and not in the face. The zippers and buttons seem to be made well also. We haven't used them yet, but I am glad I picked these. They were are also a lot lower in price compared to the other Columbia jackets I was looking at. I will update if the quality isn't lasting for us.

Waterproof thick fabric. Nice big hood and pockets. Well made.

Finally found a fantastic rain coat for my 9yr old. Southern California weather changes quickly so glad this jacket is warm enough without being bulky and it really is sporty elegant. Love the length. Beautiful quality.

Bought this for my 7 year old. Fits perfectly. Longer and cute fabric inside.

The design was nice but I couldn't get past the smell of rubber.

Wanted a true waterproof raincoat for my granddaughter & this is exactly that. It is longer than a jacket which is also what I wanted. Very pleased with the color, the fit and the quality. My granddaughter is 42 inches tall 39 lbs and will be able to wear this as is as well as with a heavy sweatshirt.

Bought this jacket for my kids. I figured they could use new jackets for the spring, but I also wanted to purchase a jacket that was made for the rain, too. I bought it in yellow and blue. Yellow came first. It fits my child perfectly! And the flowery lining on the inside was a surprise. It’s a gorgeous yellow. The blue came a couple days after and it fits my other child too. They haven’t been able to use their jackets in the rain yet since there is still snow on the ground, but I’m sure the jackets will hold up well. The jackets feel nice and they do not look like it’s made of cheap material. They look like very nice coats! Kind of wish it came in my size.

I ordered this jacket knowing my daughter would be at summer camp and there is always one day when it decides to rain. Then she could use it in the fall on a regular basis when it rains more again. Well yesterday it rained hard all morning while she was at outdoor care all day. She is 7 and pretty active, while there were not puddles that she was consistently in, she did get rained on all day for multiple hours and at the end she took her coat off and said she was completely dry underneath. It’s early days still but anything that keeps you dry after being out in the rain for hours is good in my book.

This is the best rain jacket we have ever owned. It is VERY durable - but also stylish and trendy. Would recommend!

I wanted a classic yellow rain jacket and couldn't have ordered a better one. The lovely flower pattern in the inside is a really nice touch.

L'intérieur est très jolie, très printanier. Les bords hauts du manteau ont tendance à vite s'abîmer avec les frottements. C'est dommage. Mais veste bien longue, capuche assez grande.
