My wife loves tea but hates it when it gets cold. Naturally she lets it sit for like an hour because she always forgets about it but not pointing fingers...Anyways, I figured she needed a thermos kind of thing to keep her tea warm. But something cute, not intrusive, not bulky, and easy to figure out. After reading the reviews I landed on this item and let me tell you, it's awesome. Right out the packaging it's ready to use. Keep in mind you have to screw the tea trap looking insert thingy together. Don't just pop the top on and expect it to hold itself together. Also, we found that you can stuff a tea bag in there and it'll seep just fine that way. Using loose tea leaves creates little tiny particles that float around. Not sure if that's a design flaw but easily avoidable if you don't use loose tea leaves and use tea bags like we do. When it comes to keeping it clean, you'll need a tube sponge or pipe cleaner kind of sponge to get in there. It's a bit narrow to put your hands in to wash. Maybe if you have really small narrow wrists like my wife, but if not, trust me you'll need it. As far as how long it stayed hot? Well we timed it how long it stays hot and was about 4 hours until it started to feel warm. Not even cold at 4 hours. It took it another couple of hours before it became luke warm, but hey, that's pretty good! All-in-all, great product, doesn't break the bank, and most importantly, my wife loved it! Plus they come in sooooo many different shades of color "I got her carribean blue" so that's also a win.

Update: It appears they fixed the coloring of the bottle in the advertisement picture, and while I still disagree with calling it hot pink, I can attest that the color in the photo now matches the product. I'm impressed that they fixed that! I did end up ordering the light purple and the color was right on. The product is fantastic! It keeps drinks hot for long periods of time and the steeper is great! Changing from 2 stars to 5! Original review: My review is based solely on the first impression. I know actual colors can vary from pictures on a screen but this is so far off the color description is just wrong. In no world is the bottle I received considered hot pink. I ordered the color I wanted and received Pepto Bismol. 1 star for solid packaging 1 star for it otherwise appearing to be what it claims to be. -3 for completely misleading about the color. I'm returning and not sure it's worth trying another color considering how far off this one was from the description.

It is good for the price, but packaging came messed up, and there was black stuff on the outside and on my bottle. It is great don't get me wrong, but the black stuff just would not get off, it took an hour to get it off. Great in keeping heat, but tbh the way it came and the struggle of getting it to what it was suppost to be was just horrible.

I bought this item in 2022. It's still going strong. Very durable. The seal is still in excellent condition. No leakage. This is important to me. No mold sit under the seal. I use it almost daily. The outer mug is in great shape and I've dropped it a couple times, maybe three. I'm truly pleased with this item. I'd buy it again. It's of great value. I have to add cold water to my tea to take down the heat. It holds heat for hours. Morning 7/8am to bring 5 pm

I am just using mine for the first time with a delicious tea in it. The beauty of this thermos adds to the experience and makes it that much more enjoyable. The beautiful colour and finish AND the beautiful message on the bottle all make it more fun to use. It's been almost two hours now that I am sipping away at my tea and the temperature is still perfect for me. I can see it'll keep it just the way I want it till I'm done. The tea itself was very easy to make in this thermos, the basket was just the right size for the tea leaves I would use. And I liked that it had a top that sealed. The little handle on the top of the steeper made the steeper part very easy to remove when I was done steeping the leaves. Also, the outside has been completely cool and comfortable to the touch, even with very hot tea inside. This Hey Girl thermos I am using now, is the first of two so far that I ordered. And I am happy that I have another coming in. I may well order more in the future. Love the inspirational messages.

Ordered and came with a slight defect in the paint and as it was a special gift for me from my dad I of course wanted it to be perfect so I contacted the customer service and they were amazing! No automated replys but actual replies but a great rep who was more than kind and sent me a replacement! A truly great company and wonderful products I cannot say enough good about them! Also the sleep tea works! Best night sleep I had in awhile so calming!

Beautiful color and thoughtful presentation. Even the packaging was clever! Inspiring and encouraging message matching a beautiful choice of colors. My only request would be for a silicone ring/design around the sleek bottle for an easier grip.

I was searching for the perfect gift for my best friends 40th birthday. She can be difficult to buy for. I came across this and just knew she would love it..... and she did!!! Keeps her tea nice and hot all day. The colour is super fun and she absolutely adored the little message on it. She only said it was difficult to clean but only because she didn't have a bottle cleaning brush, she does now though so the problem has been solved.
