For $60, it works great for the job I need it to do. I have only hardwood floors and tile in my apt, I got this mainly for dog hair alone. I swept yesterday afternoon and received this vacuum today and the amount of air it picked up was worth it. It is super lightweight (aka like a toy) and it feels like a $60 vacuum. It performs great, I was little hesitant as I am tall but the height is comfortable for someone that is 5’11 (would not recommend for anyone taller than 6’). This machine is loud so I am conscious what times I use it. This is my second bissell purchase and when it comes to performance I haven’t been disappointed.

Was pleasantly surprised after using it, it has amazing power for a small vacuum. Was looking for something to use in my Man Cave/Cat Room. Tried a few cordless stick vacuums but they weren't all that great, but this little machine does it all. Very strong suction, easy rolling, the handle comes off and connects to the hose (the hose is kind short but with the handle attached and the crvice tool it works for me), and it's light enough to pick up when using the hose. If you need a "mini" vacuum this is the one to get, it seriously performs as well as a full size vacuum.

Got here fast, works super well and did an outstanding job with the carpets. Just to be noted as with all other vacuum cleaners, dont vacuum over wetspots (in case you used a carpet washer beforehand). Only issues I have is that the extension wand doesnt have a super large range, so if youre looking to vacuum things off the ceiling or tall corners in windows youre gonna have to lift the vacuum with one hand. Also the bristle brush is considerably less potent in vacuuming than the nozzle attachment. Finally when youre done using the extension wand and have to reconnect the vacuum tubing back into the remaining debris inside it will sometimes spill out as you turn the tube upside down into the vacuum. Otherwise from that, its a very good product, excellent in size and weight, small in frame for storage, easy to empty the dust container, great suction, and super useful rather than dishing out around 100 to 140 bucks on one of the higher end models. 10/10 would recommend.

I wanted a lighter, smaller vac for my place, and I've had good luck with other Bissell products, so based on the positive comments I decided to get this inexpensive machine. It really works well! I have a little furry dog who leaves hair all over the rugs, and this thing picks it all up, no problem. In fact, the amount of hair and dander it picks up is incredible (it's unusually powerful for such a small thing). Also, because it's compact I can get it right up to the base of the sofa. Emptying the dirt compartment is quick and easy, and the filter is washable and can be reused, so another savings. The cord is long, too, which surprised me. Very pleased with this vacuum--never thought I'd rave about a basic appliance like this.

I used to have a Eureka Pet vacuum and loved it. I had to sell it when I moved, and bought another when I settled. Well, it was awful. It scattered dirt, debris, and dog hair everywhere!After a little research, I chose this vacuum and LOVE it!! It was $30+ cheaper and light weight. For the cost, I’m really happy with it. The suction is fantastic, and it’s easy to store in the closet. Where I live, there’s a lot of dirt, so I’m vacuuming every day, plus it’s shedding season for my dogs. Every time I vacuum, I’m amazed at how much it picks up. I can see this vacuum having issues with high rugs and carpets, but that’s not an issue for me since I’m only vacuuming low rugs, a dirt catching mat, and VLP flooring.I’m someone who HATES the feeling of dirt and debris on my feet, so it’s always refreshing to feel the floor without the yuck!

This vac for the price is flippin' amazing. It's got the power of a freaking shop vac. And easy as hell to clean. I have a boxer and a staffy. Has incredible suction power for all kinds of stuff and dog hair. And the side piece gets all the dust and dog hair off base boards. I love this thing!!!!! Lol I was so impressed with myself for finding it for the price and it work so well! Lol

Echoing the many other reviews...this compact basic vac is a gem for older folks who don't need lots of adjustments, accessories and bells & whistles. At a fraction of the cost & weight of our other upright vacs, it performs well on hard floors & small-to medium pile carpeting. It's easy to carry, maintain & maneuver. At this price we don't expect a heavy duty design that will last forever, but for our weekly cleaning it definitely scores 5 stars!

The Bissell CleanView Compact is a decent little vacuum for quick cleanups and small spaces. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes it great for apartments or anyone who doesn’t want to wrestle with a big machine. It picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair fairly well on hard floors and low-pile carpet.That said, it’s not super powerful, and it struggles a bit with thicker carpets or larger debris. The dustbin fills up pretty quickly too, so you’ll be emptying it often. The cord is on the shorter side, which can be a little annoying if you're trying to cover more ground.Overall, it’s not a powerhouse, but it works fine for everyday messes—just don’t expect deep-cleaning magic.
