i have several the toggle switch is of a crappy design bit for the price point it is worth going to Granger to get a quality switch that works

The PA system part is trash but the sirens all work well
The PA part only works at certain volumes or else it just comes out jumbled.

Worked great!
We used these on Mule’s for medical purpose and they worked great. Little heavy on the speaker part and you should use hose clamps to keep secured on your cart.
