Rhino was recommended by several people in a Facebook group I belong to, so when I saw this set on Amazon, I didn’t hesitate. The only reason I didn’t give this set 5 stars across the board is I haven’t used it yet and can only guess at the durability. Everything seems well made and I have no reservations using the gear. I’m a big fan of tool bags and am pretty impressed with the one that comes with this set. It’s big enough to easily fit everything in the set and still has room for more gear (gloves, more shackles, tools, etc). The external pockets are a nice bonus. The recovery strap was more robust than I was expecting. I got the 20’ version. It’s well made from heavy materials, but is easy to manipulate. The hitch is machined from a solid piece of steel. No welds to worry about. The shackle is well made and comes with anti-rattle washers if you plan on leaving it installed on your vehicle. What really impressed me was the pin wasn’t “glued” in place by the paint/powder coating. It was easily removed right out of the box. A couple added bonuses were included. There’s a Rhino branded velcro wrap to keep the strap from coming unrolled in the bag (or your cargo area). Theres also a package of Rhino stickers/decals. What surprised me about these is how well made they are. Product registration was super easy. Rhino will be my go-to for recovery gear from now on.

Rhino gear is always top-notch. I've really enjoyed their products. The tow straps, ratchets, recovery gear, all of it is good quality stuff. The biggest plus is their customer service and warranty support. Their no-hassle warranty process keeps me ordering more of the gear. I also recommend it to all my family and friends. Their gear also makes great gifts as well.

I have used this a couple times already, pulling out a 3/4 ton plow truck and a half ton truck. It worked great, fast, simple hook up to receiver hitch or to pulling hooks on front of truck also. I was impressed with this and another Rhino product I purchased, they are well manufactured and seem very durable. I really like the storage bag to keep things organized in and it is not one of those bags that fit when it is all rolled up nice and shipped to you...but never again can you fit it in after using it....it is NOT like that. It as plenty of room to throw the strap back in and add in some extra hitch pins or clevises if you need. Very happy with this purchase.

This thing is quality and very well made. I had to use it to extend my winch line when I buried my 7500+ pound vehicle in deep soft sand. I tried traction boards, front and rear lockers, airing down all to no avail. My options were to completely dig out the vehicle from the floor boards, which would have taken seconds hours, or attempt to winch out. Problem was with winching that my 90’ line was just short of a tree by about 33 feet. I busted out this recovery strap and it, in combination with a tree saver, gave me enough length to hook up to the tree. Saved me a ton of time and I was in a remote location with no cell service or help for miles. This strap is very good insurance!

Bought for my brother and not 2 days later he used it to pull an amazon truck out of his snow covered driveway. Definitely reccomend.

This kit is not immediately usable! As other reviews have stated, there is NO hitch pin included in kit to attach shackle receiver.. the storage bag is very nice to keep everything (plus other gear in) but we had to make an additional purchase just to get a pin to be able to use, good thing we checked before our trip in only a few days.

One of my favorite purchases of this year. I use it often. Thinking of buying another for my 2nd truck so I don’t need to transfer to the one I’m driving that day. I used it the other day to pull out a stuck twin axle dump truck with my 3/4 ton single cab Ram. Comes with a great carrying bag and two quality clevis’s. Highly recommend.

So far no complaints! Used twice to pull vehicle suck in mud.
