Lightweight moisturizing soft safe lotion
This lotion is amazing. The smell is out of this world. Anytime I use this and leave the house some one is asking what perfume I have on. They are always shocked after I tell them. I recommend to everyone with dry hands they are always blown away by how soft this leaves their hands. My 5year old daughter has eczema and in the winter months her hands flare up from washing them so often. I refuse to put any steroids on her after doing research and we tried this last year and it really calmed her hands down w out irritating her eczema. Lightweight moisturizing and such a great value. Doesn’t leave your skin oily.

Repels insects
I don't normally spend a lot of money on lotion, this was initially a gift for someone. But I liked it so much as a lightweight hand lotion to use after washing our hands that I bought some. I soon realized it repels insects! I react terribly to most insects repellant, idk why but I do and cannot use them. But I can use this. I live in a horribly humid area with ticks, mosquitoes, chiggers, fleas, ants, spiders, you name it. Even staying out of the woods and yard and on the cement, they find you! But when I put this on the exposed parts of my body before going outside, and re-apply if I'm spending a long time outside, they hardly bother me at all! It is likely the lavender oil, maybe a few other things. Whatever it is, I love it, and it smells wonderful. I have eczema and this does no break out my skin or irritate it.

Good stuff! The smell is a bit strong for me but it was a gift and the person loves it so thats all that matters.

Exceeded Expectations
This lotion was ordered for work. The soap we have dries out our hands. I've seen this brand at Target but never really gave it much thought. The soap at work is so awful. I decided to also buy the basil soap and the refill. I'm so glad I made these purchases. The basil smell is fresh and clean and not overpowering. It coats your hands very nicely with a non-greasy feel. It takes about 2 minutes after you've massaged it into your hands to completely feel as though it is absorbed. It is starting to heal my dried, cracked cuticles. I was so happy with this purchase. I put it on auto ship with my subscribe and save because I intend to use it in my home. Really worth the five bucks..

Great Scent - My Hands Detect Greasiness
I really wanted to try this lotion out and love it, but have to say I am disappointed. My hands are super picky when it comes to lotion and the lotions that do work are discontinued. This makes it hard to find replacements that will actually work for me. I tried the Meyers Basil Dish Soap and really loved it so I figured the hand lotion was worth a try.I love the scent - it's different, refreshing and natural. My hands upon trying said nope - too greasy and it's because of the shea butter, but I thought maybe my skin changed. The absorption is okay, but leaves a residue that makes me want to rub the lotion in my hands all day long. The way around this is I have to use a pea size amount on my hands, rub it in and then wash my hands with water to make my hands happy. This totally defeats the purpose of lotion. Now, I have to say, that after I use the lotion and wash my hands - my hands stay soft for a good amount of time before having to reapply.Little did I know and that I just learned is Hand Lotion and Body Lotion are different in the amount of water and oil. It's a bit confusing when the product just uses a general term lotion as well because I never know how greasy it will be.This is a great brand hands down - just didn't work for me like I had hoped.Back to the hunt in finding a replacement brand of body lotion that keeps my hands saying yay!

Pleasantly Pleased
I wanted a hand lotion with a pump to keep next to the sink. I have dry hands and frequent washing makes it worse. I also hate the greasy feel of hand creams. This is a great product that gives a moisture boost without feeling a film left on your skin. I've purchased the lavender and the fragrance is pleasant and natural. Tip: you don't need a full pump for hands only. After washing it will take a bit longer to absorb than on drier skin. The only thing I would suggest is a fragrance free option, but it is not worth docking a star (or even half) for
