Very pleased.

This item was a complete waste of money. It doesn't work as it shows in the advert. Also, they asked for credit card details to get the app. My bank then noticed fraudulent transactions on my account and blocked my card. I am now waiting for a new card. Do not give them your card details. An ordinary memory stick would be better and cheaper.

I have problems. I have a very old MacBook 3.1 brimming with photographs. It won’t recognise the photostick. Is there anything I can do about it? Kind regards, Richard Hughes

cannot get the damn thing to work - waste of £115 and now I have tried it its too late to return it

Could not get it to work. Very disappointed. May be " finger trouble" on my part though?

I tried to download my stored photographs from my Apple I phone onto this device but it did not work - I have had to return it to Amazon U.S.A. by post to now wait for my refund !

The photostick had difficulties with my Mac air. It did not recognise the iphotos folder so the majority of my photos did not download. Customer service told me this is a known problem, but uncommon. Not helpful. They suggested I drag and drop the file to the stick, which of course I could do with any storage device. I did get it to work on mu ipad, but the pictures are not sorted in any order so I just have a back up file. All round not value for money compared to a standard memory stick.

Do not waste your money on this rubbish it does not work. It is no more than a cheaply made memory stick. The first one I purchased I thought was broken and I was sent an replacement. The second one was just as useless as the first. Save you money do not purchase this item.
