The shoe was received in good condition with no visible defects at the time of opening. However, after only two days of normal use, the sole tore completely, which clearly indicates poor product quality and lack of durability. Such a defect appearing within such a short period of use is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable quality standards. Images have been attached for verification. As the product is defective and unfit for use, I request a full refund of the purchase amount, including any applicable charges. I do not wish for a replacement, as the quality has proven unreliable. I am highly dissatisfied with this purchase and expect a prompt resolution as per Amazon’s return and refund policy.
