This is a great tasting product. It is a bit high in calories but the taste and the low carb are so difficult to find. I purchased again and it is my favorite keto granola/cereal product.

I love to have parfaits for breakfast in the morning, but when I switched to keto that was off the menu. These are a great replacement for carb control and taste delicious. It is a little on the pricy end, but well worth the money in my opinion, especially if you care about maintaining low-carb diets and hate to give all the good foods up. Mixes well with yogurt, but I never tried mixing with milk. Even tastes good by itself and not mixed.

Keto friendly this product is not! 150 calories and 9 carbs per serving for 1/3 cup is high macros. A third cup is tiny, not enough for a snack and not enough for a cereal meal. I use it only to top Greek yogurt when I’m out of fruit. Nice texture, great natural ingredients and a mild chocolatity flavor but very expensive for the small bag of only 10 oz. I like this product but use it sparingly.

This feels like cheating. I have no idea how this is made, but it tastes great. If you're looking to satisfy your cravings on a strict keto diet, I would highly recommend this. Even a handful of this granola alone as a snack is a great little treat. Finally I can have chocolate without feeling like I'm undoing all the work I've put into maintaining my diet. Just can't have too much, this stuff is addictive.

The taste isn’t too bad but the granola contains some kind of “nuggets” that will literally break a tooth. Will not be ordering again.
