Product is amazing, well manufactured, well designed parasol. Although mine was defective and had to ask for a refund, the process and the customer service was beyond imagination. Never had such a great exchanged conversation with any seller before. The reason I'm writing a review is not for the parasol itself, but the way they were handling my issue with it. Thank you. Really great quality and is a greats size. Only issue we've had is finding a suitable parasol stand that can hold the weight of this especially with a strong wind. Finally found one suitable that I can fill with sand but it's cost me £70. All others I've tried have fallen straight over with even a small breeze.

Very sturdy and great value for money.

This is a very good; made well product and we are very pleased with it.

The rope, which is essential for the parasol to be raised and lowered , frayed and broke completely within 3 months. I made the mistake of accepting a part refund for the parasol instead of insisting on my UK Consumer Rights for a replacement or repair. I did hope that I could repair the parasol by replacing the string. Unfortunately, this parasol is so shoddily made that the repair failed.

Decent price and a quality item. Fits the purpose and bigger than our previous parasol which is great.

After 3 months use, I do not recommend it at all, poor quality
