​I have been using this Hompet training system for two years now, and it has held up remarkably well. While it is excellent for a single pet, I put it to the ultimate test with a litter of 14 puppies. ​Durability & Ease of Use: One of the best features is the low profile. Because it isn't very high off the ground, the puppies were able to start using it at a very young age. To help them get started, I used a "wee-wee" attractant spray in the center to give them a scent to follow, which worked perfectly. ​Customization for Large Litters: Because I had 14 puppies, I modified the setup to handle the high volume: ​Custom Basin: I built a larger plywood base and sealed it with multiple coats of epoxy to make it completely waterproof. This allowed me to manage the urine volume without having to change it constantly. ​Maintenance: I used Zorb It-Up! urine solidifier (the 64oz size is the best value) to make clean-up much easier. ​Securing the Turf: I purchased 2-inch stainless steel picnic table clips to secure the grass mat more firmly to the base. This prevented the puppies from pulling the turf up. ​Long-Term Value: After two years of use, the artificial grass has held up very well. I did purchase extra pads on Amazon (from the same manufacturer) so I could always have a fresh, dry one ready while the other was being cleaned. ​Verdict: If you have one puppy or a small litter, this system is very efficient right out of the box. For professional breeders or those with large litters, it is a fantastic, durable foundation that can easily be adapted for heavy use.

Ridiculously easy to set up and use. I have one for my home and another for the office as my puppy will not use her backyard bathroom if it’s raining or noisy outside. The smell can be a lot if you don’t wash it frequently, but a garden hose does the trick. Washability 10/10. The cats probably contribute to the smell too as they have taken a liking to the home setup. They are the reason I wish the wall was taller, the puppy squats- but two female cats are spraying it backwards and that’s weird. Definitely value for the money. The size is a nice big patch of grass. Hopefully we can finish potty training sooner rather than later but medical accidents and setbacks happen. Works perfectly as intended.

Horrible. Would not recommend as it doesn’t work. This product will not help train a puppy.

While it works for training a puppy because of the grass like mats, the potty catches the urine in a drawer that must be emptied. The potty is difficult to clean because of the many parts. The plastic parts seem to absorb odor and all the parts need to be rinsed. It is helpful to spray with an odor suppressant. Having said all that, it has been helpful in an apartment with a new puppy!

Se ve resistente y de buena calidad. En mi caso, Troy ya tiene 5 años y está muy acostumbrado a hacer afuera, así que aún no he logrado que orine ahí. No es culpa del producto, simplemente Troy es un rebelde con causa

My dog is a chiweenie of 15 lbs. I agree that the tray system does move around on a tile floor. That doesn’t seem to bother Rufus. I love the upright piece for male dogs. It’s a secure piece. It comes with 2 grass pads. Yup, the original plastic smell of the grass pads is strong. The spray that I ordered does not help. I used vinegar and water spray to kill that smell. It took a few weeks for that smell to go away. Becuz I’m in an apt and don’t have access to a hose etc for cleaning, I do put a pee pad up against the upright attached wall and that works well. The grass doesn’t get perf on then. A few times I didn’t use a pee pad and I will say that the design works perfectly. The pee goes right into the bottom tray. The toilet is right by this snd it’s easy to empty the tray. I’m not crazy about rinsing the tray in my shower , that’s why the pee pad helps absorb the per. Becuz I do empty the tray daily if needed or replace a pee pad, I have no smell issue at all! Overall I love this system and it works well when I’m not able to take Rufus outside! This is the only system that has an attachment for a male dog . Yes I’ve seen the plastic Fire hydrant, but this wall will prevent any missed shots. I would totally recommend this system. I read a review where a person used Velcro to secure the system to the floor. My for is small so it works but I can see a larger dog would probably move the system more.

My dogs could careless about it. It took almost seven days for them to figure it out. However, my cats loved it! They showed the dogs how to work it, lol. They pooped on it, lol. One problem the grass mat slips off easily it's not worth the price.

Its easy to set up and its perfect for my fur baby that weighs only 14 lbs. My only problem is that Tatum refuses to use it.

Tengo una mascota una pug carlino que se resbala por ser muy viejecita y este tipo de alfombra la ayuda a poder hacer sus necesidades en la bandeja que es tipo urinario pero solo traía 2 alfombras . Pero estas además de tener unos pequeños huecos son de muy buena calidad. Quizás un poquito caras. Pero valen la pena. Las recomiendo.

Muy bien fabricadas, solo coge muy mal olor y no se con que quitarlo, he probado todo al lavarlas.

Very happy. Got to replace a DIFFERENT brand which soon as opened grass had fallen off, the edges had plastic shreds coming off and our puppy tried to tare up whole thing. This brand is vastly superior. Not seen any shedding of grass stands or plastic base, the edges are well bound and sealed and she hasn't tried to rip up beyond quick first inspection. Works a treat. She pees there almost everytime and sometimes poo'd on - and when she has very pleased that the poo lifted off easily, didn't get tangled in the fibres. Very well made, densely designed but soft enough for her, very suitable for purpose.
