So Disappointed!
From the adverts this machine gives the impression it is simple and no mess. I didn't find this case. The pulp collector hangs in the milk inside so you need to empty through a milk bag to get the most milk out of the pulp. Totally messy easier to use a blender and then empty into milk bag. It now lives redundant in my cupbaord, a complete waste of my money

Honesty I didn’t like it
The nut milk doesn’t taste rich in flavor like in the mixer when you can control the amount of water you add. Also very heavy and not so simple to clean Will not recommend and too late for me to return

Oats milk is slimy can't drink at all
The product video misleads, when you use oats it's so slimy can't even drink it! Ok for other sources of milk waste for me as I only want to drink oat milk

I don't often write reviews but felt that the Almond Cow plant milk maker definitely warranted a few words of appreciation. Although pricey this machine really is first class at producing quality plant based milk. In the long run I believe it will save me money - my very first batch of oat milk tasted delicious with nothing artificial in it! I have subsequently made almond milk too. It is so simple to use and clean up is easy. The website offers a whole host of recipes for various types of milks and recipes. I spent a lot of time reading reviews of all the available nut/plant milk making machines and I am glad that I bought Almond Cow. This machine is solely for making plant based milks - I am happy with this choice as I already have a soup maker, food processor etc as there are other machines that do more than just make milk. I can highly recommend this machine - excellent quality.

Es práctica y rápida. Sí me resulta algo incómoda de lavar al no separarse de la base. Además es enorme, me hubiese gustado la opción de que fuese más pequeña.

I love how fast and easily the Almond Cow makes plant-based milk as well as the fact that I can control the ingredients going into my milk (— no more store-bought vegan milk laden with unhealthy oils, additives and preservatives!). It is much less taxing than having to make plant-based milk using the blender and cheesecloth method. It is well worth the investment for this alone. However, the resulting plant based milk is a little gritty (having tried making almond milk and pumpkin seed milk), so it would be worth running the liquid through a cheesecloth anyway. In addition, the pulp that results from making plant-based milk actually does still contain quite a bit of milk, and I find that I do need to run that through a cheesecloth to extract more plant-based milk. Having to extract this smaller amount of liquid (maybe 0.5-0.75 cup) is still less effort and less time-consuming than extracting all the liquid (typically 3-4 cups) through the blender and cheesecloth method. Moreover, some people may find that the resulting plant-based milk is perhaps a bit too thin for their liking. This is because there is minimum amount of liquid that must be placed in the Almond Cow prior to using it (5 cups of water) as well as a maximum amount of nuts/seeds/raw ingredients that can be placed in the metal ingredient holder (1 cup). There are ways to get around it (see Almond Cow’s Youtube video on how to get thicker milk) like putting 500ml of water in the collector cup and then placing the metal ingredient holder inside the collector cup and then inside the Almond Cow, but if you need a larger amount of plant-based milk than 500ml, then you need to do this over a few batches which can make your kitchen table top a bit messy. It is still less time-consuming and physically less painful than straining a cheesecloth holding 4 cups of liquid using the blender and cheesecloth method, so all in all, I am happy with my purchase.
