This is the best product I have used at bedtime!! I have tried MagR&R and many others to help me stay asleep. Things with melatonin have me waking up every 2 hours and drowsy all day after. This makes me sleep calmly all night without waking and I feel wonderful the next day. I recommend this to anyone needing to relax and sleep.

Way better then melatonin. Take an hour before bed, feel relaxed not drowsy, works all night for good rest. Melatonin helps me get to sleep but wears off quickly and if it wake up 2/3 hours in, I have a heavy sedated feel. Excellent product.

I don't write reviews that much but I had to do it here. I was taking this for months and noticing I was calmer (assumed it was more due to life being less hectic and therapy is always helpful ;-). BUT the last few days I have been experiencing higher anxiety and just grouchy (for no real reason). Then I realized I haven't been taking this for the past week! Totally missed adding it to my "supplement wheel." Clearly this supplement combo was helping my sleep, anxiety and overall mood. Taking supplements are hard to gauge sometimes but this one was easy to test. Love that it has magnesium too. Two thumbs up!

This is a really great product. I’ve struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep for my whole life. Have tried many of the the ingredients within this formula with mixed results, but all of these ingredients together and at this potency is perfect. These are helpful at staying asleep but tremendously helpful with falling asleep. My time to fall asleep had probably gone from 30+ minutes to under 10. My Fitbit app tracks a sleep score which factors in length, quality (REM vs deep vs light sleep), and oxygen variation in your sleep. Since taking these supplements, have increased anywhere from 4-6 points : this may not seem like a lot but it definitely is on the relative Fitbit scale. Highly recommend

The capsules are much larger than I anticipated and difficult to swallow. Wish they were smaller to be easier to take as I enjoy the combination of ingredients and feel the benefit.

This stuff is legit. My wife and I typically take only one pill. I track my sleep with my Apple Watch and constantly have more REM and deep sleep cycles. No side effects either which is great. For awhile I kept sleeping in but it’s not a bad thing, my sleep was so deep it was worth it. Never groggy, no aftertaste or burping up the pill.

This product does what is says about helping fall asleep. It relaxes my body and mind and my sleep is much better. One bonus is that it helps me be more regular in the bathroom too!
