Aquegel Nasal Moisturizer + Zinc, 12-Hour Nasal Moisture Relief, Water Based ...

I'm giving this ointment a five. Although the jar is quite small, the product works. My nostrils get extremely dry and I was using black seed oil which helped temporarily. I did an AI and an Amazon search and found Aquegel Nasal Moisturizer. I read the information and ordered the product. It works. There is no scent. It looks like refined petroleum jelly. I used a Q-tip to smooth the ointment into my nostrils and my nose experienced relief for 24 hours. I'm excited.

This product is like a wonder drug! It helps me to sleep through the night! So happy I found it.

Fantastic company. I had a little issue with my purchase which wasn’t their fault at all. They reached out and made it more than right. I was very impressed. As for the product, it’s exactly what I was looking for. Once the heaters come on and the dry winter air starts, my sinuses become very dry and painful. This stuff is exactly what I wanted to soothe and prevent the painful dryness I always experience. It doesn’t have a scent which I’m grateful for since I’m applying inside my nose. It stays moist for hours without being noticeable or feeling gross. This will definitely be a cool weather staple for me.

Most of the negative reviews are from people who are missing the whole point. This product is NOT petroleum based, like Vicks or Bacitracin. That will degrade the plastic in CPAP masks. I did the same thing with Aquaphor, and my respiratory therapist strongly advised against any petroleum product. So when this got good reviews and was one of the ones actually recommended by ChatGPT, I decided to try it. Only one day so far but it seems to be working. I just got back from a 2 1/2 mile walk and my nose still feels good. But I am taking off one star and including the picture, which is of an old Aquaphor jar and this Aquegel jar. I'm sure it's probably not the same company and the person who came up with this thought it would sell better if people were a bit confused about the name. The cost of these 2 products is about the same. If you use that much less of the Aquegel than you would of the Aquaphor, it lessens the pain a bit. But I think they could have given you a full ounce instead of a half. So only 4 stars instead of 5!

When delivered, I thought it was such a small size. But given the use, you really do not need much at a time. Worked well right away and would purchase again

First I will say I like the product. It does help prevent dryness and skin irritation while I use my CPAP nasal pillows. What I like best is I cannot detect any disturbing odor. ( I have also used Ayr with Aloe, it might even be better at relieving dryness, but I can’t tolerate the odor). I give this product 3 stars because of the price versus amount of product you get for the product. It is 3-4 times higher cost than the Ayr brand. They sell it by ounce quantity. But it is disappointing to discover the jar has a false bottom and you get about 1/2 as much as you think you will get. The photo attached is the second jar I have purchased. The hole on the left side is where I poked through the , hard to remove foil seal. About 4 nights worth of use. The big cavity on the right is unfilled space revealed when I was finally able to peel of the seal. Bottom line Good Product ? Yes. Good Value? No. Rip off? You decide.

While this is a very small portion, you don't need much and it is very effective. Very pleased with my purchase. I found it much more effective than Ayers which would be better for a less severe problem. It doesn't have a scent which is great for something you are putting in your nose.
