Impressive Performance and Stunning Finish
I recently had the pleasure of using Guild Lane Jubilee Fine Paint in Jet Black, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the results. From start to finish, this paint exceeded my expectations in every way. The application process was a breeze. The paint flowed smoothly onto the surface, allowing for easy and precise coverage. I used a 60ml container, and the coverage was spot on, exactly as advertised. This not only saved me time but also ensured that I didn't need to worry about running out of paint midway through my project. What truly stands out about this paint is the impeccable finish it delivers. The Jet Black hue is rich and deep, lending a sophisticated touch to any project. The smooth finish adds a professional quality that's hard to come by with other paints. Whether it's furniture, decor, or any DIY project, this paint elevates the final look to a whole new level. Furthermore, I appreciate the consistency of the paint. It's not too thick or too thin, striking the perfect balance that ensures even coverage without any drips or clumps. This made the entire painting process enjoyable and frustration-free. I'm also impressed with the durability of the paint. It adheres well to various surfaces and shows no signs of chipping or fading, even after daily use and cleaning. This speaks to the high-quality formulation that Guild Lane has put into their Jubilee Fine Paint. In conclusion, Guild Lane Jubilee Fine Paint in Jet Black is a top-notch product that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a paint that delivers on all fronts. Its easy application, accurate coverage, and stunning smooth finish make it a standout choice. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a professional, this paint will undoubtedly exceed your expectations.

Lovely Paint to Work With....
I purchased this to use with furniture stencils. Previous paint that I've used has not adhered well, caused paint bleed and dried patchy. This on the other hand was lovely to work with - it went on like a dream, there was no issues with paint bleed and I only needed to use one coat. Also, a little goes a very long way - I barely used any - and, I have plenty left to do other projects. The colour was a little different to the image on the description, but it was actually better than I anticipated. Although a little pricey it was worth every penny because of the above factors, and I will definitely purchase again.

A bit pricey for the small can
Nice colour, easy to paint and it looks very good and smooth. The only thing - it is a small can for the price, hence 4 stars. I just managed to paint one regular size door, front and back and each side twice.

Very good quality paint
Great quality pain with great depth of colour. Went easily on old vanished wood. Three thinner coats to cover. Lovely burnt orange tone. Smells of wet labrador. Expensive in the small quantity I needed.

Top quality paint.
I bought the black for re-finishing the painted wooden base of an old Garrard record deck, which I think had been originally finished in blackboard paint, which was thin, patchy and grinning badly. I am delighted that this paint has really done a great job. It's nice and thick, obviously plenty of solids in it. Spreads like soft margarine. Touch dries really quickly. It says an hour but in my barely above freezing crib in winter it's touch dry in like 10 mins. The paint flattens out well as it dries. In terms of colour, it's not a jet black like a pure carbon tablet. It's like the colour of damp slate, which in itself is a nice colour but is great for my purpose as it simulates the off black of plastics in old hifi, which the original finish was intended to do. The finish is not a true flat matt but it isn't a pure satin either. It's somewhere in the middle with a subtle but dull sheen. It's expensive but all mission critical paint jobs need quality paint and quality paint always costs money. I don't mind that if it does the job, which it does.

Great tile paint
I bought this to cover some horrid inherited tiles in our bathroom. I cleaned them using sugar soap and masked round them. Using a small foam roller it took a couple of coats, allowing the paint to dry fully each time and it’s covered perfectly, smooth and has completely hidden the loud original pattern! We don’t use this bathroom very much so I can’t comment on if it would last in somewhere steamy or where they could be chipped, but I’m very happy with the colour and the result! The colour is a sandy pink and not the bright shade it looks on the product listing, I’m glad I took a gamble that it was more muted!
